Turbo-Tax made filing easy, especially since I received a late 1099-B from my brokerage and had to file amended returns. That would have been a nightmare without Turbo-Tax. I'm so grateful it saved me from having to figure it all out by myself!

I had problems this year. the drop down screen for my financial intuitions. Had left off 4 of the banks i use. I found it hard to contact turbo tax by phone. hard to get a live person.

did not like the new platform / interface. We tried to import our financials and it was stuck in a perpetual loop. Same with some of the entry interfaces.

Turbotax was really easy to use. It was easy to figure out what I was eligible for and not and walked me through each step of my return. Highly recommend!

accuracy - keeps you straight on your return compatibility - easy to work with features - has all up to date info interface - works well with my HP computer support - they are always willing to help and are readialy available

I had a minor issue trying tho import information from Schwab, that I had to call in and get advice on- and I had to consult with AI to navigate to the forms page to see what I needed to fill out in order for TT to clear up the issue

It would be nice if the download would tell you that it is still downloading with an hour class or something. The time to load it up says 2 minutes, but takes at least 15.

Long time user. seemed a bit more difficult to navigate this year on desktop version, esp the import tasks for INT and 1099-B. Might consider online version next year.

turbotax has an ongoing problem with not being able to upload tax documents from vanguard to turbotax. this software bug has been unaddressed by turbotax software maintenance for years. this is unacceptable. fix this software bug ASAP!!!!!!!

Very buggy software for the 2025 tax return. It appears that Intuit is overly focused on selling new services and is neglecting their core service and mission.
