Easy to follow instructions and accurate. The only downside is the requirement to update upon each input. Update should be optional due to repeated inputs.

For some reason, TurboTax allowed duplicate additions of the same information which would have resulted in me paying more in taxes than I should have. I reviewed the final documents, identified the problems and went on my merry way.

Importing my IRAs was a confusing process. If I attempted to review the imported data all fields were blank. If I then filled the data all amounts were doubled.

I ve used TurboTax for alomst 20 years and this is the worst version ever.......Your online assistant is terrible in terms of navigation and accessibilty. Im swithing to HR Block.

I've been using the Desktop version for years and years. I find the software accurate, and whenever I call TT with a question, I find the Associate very knowledegable.

It took me a couple of days to go through as this is my first time using Turbo Tax premium and also I have many forms and schedules, but each and every step is very clear to proceed. I recommend Turbo Tax.

Wasn't sure how TurboTax was going to work with inherited IRAs, inherited annuities, and inherited brokerage accounts. It wasn't painful at all...in fact much simpler than I anticipated.

The product was very easy to use. My only complaint is that there were no receipts printed out for the online debit payments I made. I would feel a bit easier to verify that I sent in the correct amount.

The Turbo Tax part is straight forward, getting the paper work from the income sources, medical bills, investments and all that stuff is the complicated part. Once you get all that, it's just fill in the blanks.
