TurboTax hung-up several times during the process. It displayed "calculating". At the end, the first attempt at e-filing didn't work. I was notified that an update was required.

Difficulty knowing where each amount entered in the tax forms is coming from. Would like to be able to click on an amount in the form and get an explanation how that amount was calculated.

Turbotax is probably the best tax prep software out there, but it does not relieve them of their culpability in lobbying US Government officials to prevent the use of automated tax filing software developed by universities in the 1980s.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and this year was not quite as easy. I automatically import my forms from Vanguard and Schwab but this year Turbo Tax kept importing duplicate copies. It was a pain to delete the extra copies.

Been using Turbo Tax for many years except last year due to having some capital gains which I now see I could have used TT for instead of paying over $1500 to a CPA. Great product.

Disappointed that you don't support It's Deductible anymore. That was a key reason I've been using Turbo Tax. Now you're basically encouraging me to look at competing tax software programs for next year.

TT expert or chat box was great. After fully explaining an IRA Distribution Adjustment meant, I felt knowledgeable and was able to complete my taxes myself.

MacOS version of TurboTax not as good as Windows version. At end, I don't see choice to print different parts and pages of the finished tax forms. Plus, have no idea where it saved the pdf file to.

Pretty easy and user friendly. However, there has to be a better way to display the stock download to be able to double check the download without clicking on sooooooo many pages.
