I have been using TurboTax for decades. I am getting sick of it trying to offer me upgrades and features. I pay enough for the software, stop trying to get more money. If you go online only, I will find another company to use.

No support for windows 10. Review process pales in comparison to years ago. Hate that they have dumbed down the downloadable version to support a crappy browser interface.

I lost $55 of my Federal Refund due to hidden costs in Payment Options. I have seen many complaints about this same problem. Doubt if I will use Turbo Tax in the future

Turbo Tax is getting better but we continue to have issues, year after year with the Schedule K1. Perhaps ours is unique but we typcially receive errors and spend countless hours on resolving issues with this form

Easy to use ... We've been using Turbotax on our Windows PCs since it's inception and have never had a problem of any kind with the filing of our tax returns. It has always been easy, quick, accurate, informative and on time.

I had to enter everything manually from last years return. Never had to do that before and I have been doing this for more than 20 years. May have to re-think continued use of this product

I had terrible experience with import feature. I have multiple accounts with Fidelity, and each account has separate 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, but Turbotax labels imported form based on the bank/broker name, and it overrides each other.

It was harder to use this year than in past years. I have a complicated return. 1099-B is under another name and I had to log onto the internet to figure out what was going on. PLUS I needed windows 11 which forced me to get a new computer

There was a glitch with home office deduction. Many users pointed it out. TT never released an update to fix it. As a company they need to hold themselves to a higher standard.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years for me and my family. Love how easily the prior years' info transfers to current year. Turbo Tax makes tax season less stressful.
