Encountered the following...TurboTax has had ongoing issues with state form downloads where users get an unexpected error. How do I fix this for Turbotax running on desktop PC?

We have used TurboTax for over 25 years. This year's turbotax process seemed more difficult than any past year. What happened to using the "it's Deductible tool for donations?

Was FORCED to use RPS (Refund Processing Service) to have refund electronically processed. Pop-up document said you don't have to use the RPS service, but there was no way to electronically file return without paying RPS fee!!!!!!!

I like the personal live advice from Turbo tax, appreciate the support I received in reviewing all the forms and guidance from Turbo Tax live support.

This a fantastic program that was very "user-friendly" and well-designed. Had excellent Customer Support and was able to complete the form and file it within a few hours.

I have used Turbo Tax for years, and generally have been satisfied with the service. TT does not make it straightforward to file a paper return. I am very disappointed with TurboTax for making that effort so complicated.

1. It would be nice if you defined modified adjusted gross income. 2. Your constant prodding for add-ons is annoying. 3. I need a form 2210 to complete my taxes, but it is not ready.

Since 1995, I have used TurboTax to do my taxes. 30 years of accurate, detailed federal and state taxes. My wife and I both worked and we each had our own business. I have been able to do them all in TurboTax Premier. I would never change.

When I received form 1065 schedule K-1, the instruction to finish entering information is not enough for me to finish it by my self, I have to ask AI for help.

I am unable to finish filing because there is a box in the final review asking me for form 2210 withholding per period. No matter what number I put in box it will not accept.
