I have used it for years without problems. I do find keeping track of passwords difficult and spend extra time locating and implementing the security procedures each year.

Ease of use, dependability, and accuracy. As a suggestion I think there should be an automatic prompt to ask if the taxpayer has sent quarterly federal and or state tax payments.

As a retiree my return is not overly complicated except for investment data. Downloading directly from the financial management company made quick work of my return.

Interface is confusing. Should be much simpler and intuitive. Also I could not use a credit card with month 12. 11 and 12 were hidden. I had to find another card.

Why did you take out the ESPP cost basis calculation? Are you just trying to sell crippled software to increase your "live tax advice" revenue? Hopefully, an AI generated software company puts you out of business.

Inputting the combined 1099s is disastrous. Ditto checking them out. My K-1 form inputs are an educated guess that I don't feel too comfortable with.
