I've been using TurboTax and its predecessor MacInTax since clear back in about 1985. My taxes have become very complex, with investments of several types, and TurboTax always sorts things out.

I would much rather have the option of a CD. I hate loading the program it took me two hours to down load and that was with your "support" it was a disaster.

There are too many "Continues" before actually filing my return, and why was my credit card charged $40 for filing a state return when it said it was $20?

Easy to use ... We've been using Turbotax on our Windows PCs since it's inception and have never had a problem of any kind with the filing of our tax returns. It has always been easy, quick, accurate, informative and on time.

No support for windows 10. Review process pales in comparison to years ago. Hate that they have dumbed down the downloadable version to support a crappy browser interface.

There was some kind of problem during the filing process when I was asked to input my email address. I was transferred to forms and then when I returned to filing, I was dropped into the first filing screen.

After I made an error on a previous screen, I found it difficult to go back to that previous screen to make a correction. I had to use a tab at the top of the screen to go back to the beginning of that entire section.

TurboTax is not quite up to date on Massachusetts tax exempt teachers' retirement form. It didn't ask whether this was exempt from state taxes. I had to dig through the forms to place the correct code on the form 1099-R.

your 2025 software is TERRIBLE. CAN;T UPLOAD MY ACCOUNTS. IT KEEPS ASKING FOR AN ANSWER THAT ISN'T REQUIRED ON PART 3, THEREBY MAKING MY RETURN INCOMPLETE AND i CAN'T eFILE

Pretty straight forward. I like the ability to look at the return midway through the data entering phase. Also it's nice to have access to the worksheets. This was my first year using the desktop version. I prefer it to the on-line version.
