I found it very difficult to enter a worthless stock transaction for which no 1099-B was received. I excercised ISOs for a private company that went bankrupt. There seems to be no way to enter this information into TurboTax.

I am very disappointed and SURPRISED that Intuit decided not to include ItsDeductible with the 2025 Turbo Tax Premier software. I will compare Turbo Tax to other products (i.e., H&R) for 2026 before automatically buying your product.

Always liked TruboTax, makes taxes easy to do, downloads complex investment documents to ensure accuracy. Easy to use, have not needed to call the help line yet, Using with Windows computer...will need to try on a Linux machine some year.

The product had difficulty managing my 1099B sold assets for which basis was not reported to the IRS with unknown determination if short-term or long-term assets. Ultimately had to enter the data manually.

Easy but some areas were not user friendly. difficult if your bank is not linked to Turbo Tax. There is no easy explanation on what to do. Takes too much trial and error.

Have been using Turbo Tax for many years now. Find it easy to navigate with clear instructions. A VERY helpful and worthwhile tool that has saving us many hundreds of dollars in tax prep fees over the years.

pls make it easy - (and prompted?) - to view the tax return to be filed (as it would appear completed to whatever point in the process) as it would appear if filed by mail in printed form.

I had a lot of trouble reading the small print, and navigating was trickier than it needed to be. I like the fact that it picked up info from last year's return.

Turbo Tax is great. It would be nice if it was smart enough to transfer EVERYTHING from the previous years tax return instead of asking you to refer to it. Also bugs (Foreign Tax Credit) is irritating. No help anywhere to resolve that issues.

I needed an option to pay my taxes via the IRS website and the state website. I did a work around by optioning to mail it in. But I will pay directly. I am not comfortable paying via Turbo tax.
