I have used TurboTax for over 20 years and always had good experiences. I use the step by step prompting to make sure all of my concerns are covered. The computations on my returns are always accurate.

Second year in a row that e-filing failed for me. Process of compiling 1040 is seamless, the process of electronic filing has significant problems. Do not have enough time to trouble shoot this problem. I will not be using Turbo Tax next year.

I'm done with TurboTax and I've been using this for my whole adult life. The fact that desktop doesn't talk to cloud is insane. Don't even get me started on filing business taxes. Nightmare!

Not a lot of support with the Desktop Version. Had trouble with my pin so instead e-filing I have to send it in. I would not use this again or recommend it to anyone.

You should have more of a distinction for inherited IRA's and how to handle them, especially at the state level. Too many options for selecting whether they are taxable at the state level

I had some issues with out IP Pin # that I did NOT know I needed . and also I made a an incorrect data entry regarding 2024 AGI. Both cleared up finally.

I would much rather have the option of a CD. I hate loading the program it took me two hours to down load and that was with your "support" it was a disaster.

I did feel like there have been some changes that make it a bit confusing compared to the past years but maybe it is just the change that gets me. I will certainly do turbo tax next year if all is well this year.

I thought the data entry process for income was more cumbersome than in previous years as it took a while to figure out how to get to the forms and there was not comparison to last year.

Interface is confusing. Should be much simpler and intuitive. Also I could not use a credit card with month 12. 11 and 12 were hidden. I had to find another card.
