I've been using TurboTax for 2 or 3 decades because I like the way it leads me through every step and I like the additional information it provides when I have questions.

Have been using Turbo for many years. Very confident in the complete and accurate software per IRS code. The flow of the software is intuitive and the built-in help is, well, helpful!

I have been using Turbo Tax since it came on the market many years ago. I find it very easy to use and has all of the information I need to file my tax return. Period!

I am going back to using an accountant next year. Turbo Tax was more difficult to use for 2025 than it ever has before, and I've used it for many years. It probably took me twice as long to do my taxes this year as it has in previous years.

Turbotax is probably the best tax prep software out there, but it does not relieve them of their culpability in lobbying US Government officials to prevent the use of automated tax filing software developed by universities in the 1980s.

Have used TurboTax for over a dozen years. I have found it to be highly easy to understand and use, as well as educational. It has consistently provided me accurate and complete information to prepare and fille my tax returns.

According to IRS even if you do not schedue A, charitable contributions that exceed .5 percent of AGI are still deductible. I think I may have to find the right answer and file an amended return.

I file a Virginia income tax return which includes K-1's. I submit the information for the same entity year after year. Unfortunately, Turbo Tax doesn't save the information, so I have to input again each year. What a pain!

Inputting the combined 1099s is disastrous. Ditto checking them out. My K-1 form inputs are an educated guess that I don't feel too comfortable with.

Was very easy to use - it's great that the interface remains relatively stable each year so you're not relearning a lot. Can't think of doing my taxes any other way!
