As usual with TurboTax, the experience of filing taxes is a breeze. You just read the instructions and fill in the blanks. It allows you to go back and forth between sections and never loses a beat.

I have used TurboTax for over 20 years and always had good experiences. I use the step by step prompting to make sure all of my concerns are covered. The computations on my returns are always accurate.

Need feedback / info page for e Payments ? Where is the proof ? No page that confirms / shows I made a payment. At least a page that shows you have completed the step.

It is useful and importing forms is good to minimize typing errors. User's could benefit from a dual screen which connects the interview and the actual forms being completed.

Downloading was very difficult. Took 5 tries to get it right. Change from last year's download process was difficult. It took me 2-3 days to get it right (6-hours/day). Instructions for downloading Merrill Lynch data could have been better.

Bad Error in Form 8949. I REMOVED THE ENTRY INDICATING 8949 DATA would JUST BE SUMMARIZED. Unfortunately, the system put it back in, thereby doubling the CAPITAL GAINS from Fidelity. BAD. REALLY BAD.

There is one section where you have to choose your state from a drop down box and the drop box does not include Tennessee in it. It creates an exception.

Since 1995, I have used TurboTax to do my taxes. 30 years of accurate, detailed federal and state taxes. My wife and I both worked and we each had our own business. I have been able to do them all in TurboTax Premier. I would never change.

it ask you to complete the Washington state working family tax credit, go thru all page and says I don't qualify. then few page further it says WTC will no accept a 0 and then it wont let you e-file because of that. keep gon around and around.

completed tax return but had to buy new computer because my apple pc wasn't compatible with turbo tax operations systems new minimum operating systems! Not happy that I couldn't use apple pc!
