Have used Turbo Tax for many years. But this year my Wisconsin state return has been rejected due to new 24,000 dollars retirement income -- some kind of error in your software

The last 2-3 years, it has gotten more difficult to use. Previously the questions were very plain and straight forward. The last few years it has gotten more complicated and less straight forward each year. Examples are less clear then they we.

I have used the product for years. I have a CPA so just use it to fill in the appropriate forms rather than for advice. Product is always easy to use and easy to understand.

I WAS SHOCK TO HAVE MY FILING REJECTED DUE TO THE ERROR ON THE HOME ENERGY. I LATER FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM ON FILING BUT SOMETHING THAT WAS CONTROLED BY TURBOTAX

importing stock trades has always been flawless. It would be disasterous if i had to type in every trade. They never do a professional job with the alabama program though, i imagine they spend more effort on the big states.

Yes I had to call and ask how to input data that I could not find a place to enter it. In a few minutes she helped me solve the problem. So it cost me more money to input data that I never had before,

Relatively easy to use, although I had a little difficulty getting started. The online chat was very helpful and walked me through the process of getting access to the online system.

Using the search tool did not work when you clicked it. it did not give you a place to start the search. Always reverted back to last search and you could not get out of it to start I new search. AI in Turbo Tax search sucks.

I have been using Turbo Tax Premier for about a decade and find it easy enough, helpful, confidence instilling and have not had a problem with an error or question about my return.
