The software for 2025 taxes was clunky and hard to use. I have used TurboTax for multiple years and this was the worst experience I have had with it. It seems clear the integrity of the offline product is no longer your priority.

I've used Turbo Tax for years. Doesn't make filing a pleasure (nothing could do that) but it asks the right questions and even the changes are no challenge,

Your program should handle a consolidated W2, such as those provided by TriNet to an employee when the employee has worked for two or more companies using TriNet. You mistakenly assume 1 W2 for 1 Company, which is incortect.

The step-by-step Q/A format, along with electronic data import, provides a quick interactive method to guide users through some of the more complex aspects and forms necessary for IRS compliance.

Several issues impacted my rating. One, I have a new computer and was unable to access past returns increasing my data entry work. Two, for some reason the system kept asking about Canada and it was difficult to get around that.

Helpful and generally pretty easy to use. Wish it explained how it got some of the numbers better as it does not make it clear. Also tried to charge $45 for using my federal refund so beware!!

The personal help was good but Turbo Tax didn't support Form 8621 so I had to Mail in return. Will not use in future if they don't fix this shortcoming

The most important 2 items are 1) the capability of importing financial data directly into all the proper forms, and 2) the final review to assure all required data has been updated with no missing information or data.

glitchy and spent an hour trying to file because it said I needed to enter my daughters enrollement status even thought it was clearly checked. Don't use it.

I just responded just after filing. 5 stars for download version, 1 star for on-line version. The latter had one major bug that was a complete block, one negligent omission (I couldn't start a new filing), and nor FORMS button.
