Another excellent experience with TurboTax Premier. Have been using TurboTax for over 20 years. Saves a great deal of time, cost, and aggravation vs IRS Pubs, Instructions, Forms, etc.

I received an "error message" regarding state returns. Apparently not all forms were available/updated. I added my name to a mailing list to be notified when things were updated. I never received an email saying things were resolved.

system was not help me back where i made mistake so frustrated, it should be easy to use and clear navigator, i thought it was easy for doing by navigator system

Software was not properly tested and very badly done in importing documents and calculating taxes properly through worksheets took me few hours to fix foreign tax box. A lot of time spent in selling extra services at a cost.

I had to buy new computer to run this unfriendly program on windows 11. I have used the program for well over 10 years and this will be the last year.

Purchased the program (Premier) and then discovered it was incompatible with W10. There was no disclaimer stating that Windows 11 was required. After 20 plus years using Turbo Tax, I am strongly considering a different program.

very easy to understand, get you all the deductions, you feel comfortable in your filling that you didn't miss something or do something you might get an audit or short yourself from your return

The Mac Version of Turbotax Premier is not accurate. It has bugs. Even the Experts could not help because of bugs in software. They told me the Windows version does not have this issue. The software considers Roth IRA withdrawals as taxable.

Been using Turbo Tax for many years - great tax software. I have some tax knowledge but Turbo Tax is sure way to take advantage of all advantages and up to date.

Been using Turbo Tax for many years except last year due to having some capital gains which I now see I could have used TT for instead of paying over $1500 to a CPA. Great product.
