It doesn't provide help on topics and requires users to research over internet to be correct. The UI is not user friendly and requires tedious work and rechecking whether the income and deductions were reported correctly.

your program choice for screen clarity for color blind individual is horendis. fix it please. I have spent hoours trying to see the verbage because of the lack of contrast on some screens. it is awful for anyone with collor perception issues.

This is the first year I have had issues with printing the return. There was misalignment with the pages, strike throughs, artifact, unable to print just the state return, change the state, and I could go on.

I was unable to use the online version because the righthand margin would not allow me to scroll down to the next button. I could not see the down arrow or slide function using Microsoft Edge. Not sure if it was user error or a compatibility issue.

I was very disappointed to find that the It's Deductible module has been deleted from Turbo Tax. I found that module super easy to use. Manually entering non cash donations was very tedious

They hung up on me and didn't try to contact me. The next agent was hard to understand, sounded like she was driving her car, she was frustrating to deal with.

Easy to use and love the step by step instructions. Have used TurboTax desktop software for over 10 years and have never had an issue with doing my taxes. Not a fan of the on.line web page versions

Turbotax said all forms were complete and ready to file. However, Printed 1040 has "Do Not File, Form Not Final" Can't find what's missing. Filed anyway.

Please, please do a refresh at least of the opening screens, and some reworking of your dialogue boxes to improve clarity. Even this survey feels balky and dated.
