A TURBO TAX REVIEW

GREAT PRODUCT, I HAVE BEEN USING TURBOTAX SINCE EARLY 1980. I FIND IT VERY EASY TO FOLLOW AND THE PROGRAM COVERS MOST SUBJECTS, DEPENDING ON YOUR NEEDS TO FILE. THEY HAVE A PROGRAM FOR WHAT YOU NEED.

Turbotax works for me!

I've been using TurboTax as far back as I can remember (probably since the 1990s). My returns have always been accurate, and the software interface is user-friendly.

Reactivation issue overshadows program experience

Tired of having to activate product multiple times on the same computer. I am afraid that one time I will hit my activation limit at the point I am trying to file and will end up filing late. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS.

Long time user. Maybe the last year for TT

1, Too many intrusive ads on TurboTax 2025 premier for TurboTax services. Way too intrusive for a paid program. 2. TurboTax did not handle a lump sum payment from TurboTax from Social Security for a previous year correctly.

I like desktop Turbo Tax

I really like the desktop version which I have been using for years. I tried the online version, but it was no way as smooth as the desktop version, in ease of use.

Please STOP making it worse!

Dropping support for all Windows 10 users was outrageous! I had to purchase a Windows 11 laptop just to install and use Turbotax 2025. You used to have a great product! Please STOP making it worse!

Doesn't work for rental property

Issue with state loss carry forward on rental property (for California) not being repaired even after years of complaints. Had to refile last year when was told of the issue by a friend.

I had to enter everything manually from last years return. Never had to do that before and I have been doing this for more than 20 years. May have to re-think continued use of this product

Easy and thorough!

I have been using TurboTax for more than ten years. I have always had an excellent experience because of its intuitive walk-through process, its integrated checks for accuracy, and easy transfer of prior year return info.

Turbo Tax was easy to understand & helpful.

Turbo Tax 2025 was straightforward and easy to use although the format changed from the 2024 year. Entering the Charity Non-Cash seemed a bit redundant and time consuming. I did not use a Live Expert.
