Information needed to file was not ready until later in the filing season. Needs to make updates every time you log in to see if the information is ready and to add more information.,

The print size was so small I tried four pairs of glasses before I could read the text. For us older people a larger format would be greatly appreciated!

Have used Turbo Tax many years, feel comfortable that the program accurately compiles my information into the final return and that the final work is accurate.

I had to get help by phone for an unusual and difficult circumstance. The agent was wonderful! She was pleasant and worked until my issue was settled. I am very grateful for her patient help!

First check ran smoothly, then when I reviewed it, I got errors all of a sudden. This was in reference to 1099-R, got errors about NYS taxes withheld & State amt distributed. The original 1099-Rs did not have anything in that field.

QCD entry was not intuitive at all. Need to clean it up. Also no alert that updates were required until I actually tried to transmit the file. Another minus for TT. I'm tempted to try another tax prep product next year.

I have used TurboTax for several years and highly recommend it to file taxes. It is reasonably priced and easy to use. I have never had a problem with using TurboTax.

Turbo Tax correctly classified my Roth IRA distribution as non taxable for the federal return, but incorrectly classified the Distribution as taxable for the state return. It too a lot of work to fix that glitch. Distribution code in Box 7 was a T.

I think your product is too expensive and the explanations in the help section are not as helpful as in years past. I have used your product for many, many years. I am thinking about using another in the future - and cost is the main reason.

This seems to be set up so that I can work my way through my tax forms and not leave a stone unturned. Moreover, at several points during the process, TurboTax asks me if I am missing something specific.
