I had a lot of trouble reading the small print, and navigating was trickier than it needed to be. I like the fact that it picked up info from last year's return.

It would be helpful to know what will not be allowed as an expense or cause an increase in taxes based on total earnings brackets. Why go through the exercise for business deductions when they will be disallowed because of your income bracket.

Second year in a row that e-filing failed for me. Process of compiling 1040 is seamless, the process of electronic filing has significant problems. Do not have enough time to trouble shoot this problem. I will not be using Turbo Tax next year.

This is first year that I have had problems with Turbo tax - spent several hours on the phone with tech support - could not download information from brokerage firms - had to enter everything manually

OK but the desktop experience is worse than the past especially handling 1099's. Seems like trying to coerce users to switch to using on-line version but may backfire as some users like me might bite the bullet and switch to another solution.
