I had a lot of trouble reading the small print, and navigating was trickier than it needed to be. I like the fact that it picked up info from last year's return.

I thought I was getting free federal and state efile with the purchase of the turbo tax premier then I got it at the end with a fee from turbo tax. I feel ripped off. Also, some of the wording in the questions are very confusing.

Most complex filing season ever. Next year should be simpler. Had multiple 1099s this year. Got through it and the error check okay. All Questions were answered in the information available in the program.

Many sections do not have a logical order for entering or editing data entered, especially with imported income documents. Gets you in a loop. Have to go thru 4 other sections to be able to get to edit info in the first section.

I have relatively simple taxes this year and Turbo Tax breezed through everything. The program upgraded itself automatically and walked me through all necessary topics. I have used TurboTax for over 20 years and have never been disappointed.

I didn't appreciate having to purchase a new computer to complete my taxes this year. Other than your program needing additional memory and features, I love it.

TurboTax hung-up several times during the process. It displayed "calculating". At the end, the first attempt at e-filing didn't work. I was notified that an update was required.

Has always worked well for me for thirteen years. I prefer the desktop version. I would like to see forms 1041 and IT-205 included as I just set up a trust for my dependents and can't justify paying for the pro version for a very basic return.

Good interface, but then they nickel and dime you. They charge you to file your state taxes and potentially charge you to even do your state taxes... Hmm maybe you just charge once.

Although I've used it for many years, I never find TurboTax easy to follow or find where to enter various data. I realize the government doesn't make it any easier. The help for some fields is not there or is very basic.
