Just horrible. We've used turbotax for many many years, but this year it was completely inept. I'd write out all the reason for my rating, but I have no energy left over after struggling to make this work. TurbNotax

I think this product is definitely the way to take the stress out of filing taxes. I really like the way Turbo Tax reviews the final return for any errors that need correcting. I also like that I can choose what I want to work on. Great product.

Have used TurboTax for over 30 years with no issues or conflicts with Federal or State agencies, have always appreciated the ease of use, accuracy and best bang for my buck with the product.

TurboTax is hard to use, and software support is clueless. A simple credit card entry problem could not be fixed. Makes you wonder what other problems are in the program.

Numerous changes to the program threw me off early, was able to figure it out as time went on. My biggest complaint was no "It's Deductible". It took much longer to compute my non cash donations.

I had some issues with out IP Pin # that I did NOT know I needed . and also I made a an incorrect data entry regarding 2024 AGI. Both cleared up finally.

I much preferrerd the desktop version where I could easily look at forms and compare to prior year returns. Additionally I am not anxious to have Credit Karma having all this information via the on line version.

I enjoy using Turbo Tax. I'd rather trust myself doing my own taxes. It makes it fairly simple and fairly easy to understand. My taxes aren't that complicated so I speak for myself.

Was FORCED to use RPS (Refund Processing Service) to have refund electronically processed. Pop-up document said you don't have to use the RPS service, but there was no way to electronically file return without paying RPS fee!!!!!!!

will not use again. software writers lazy. unable to readily retrieive returns in process so had to do full returns 3x. RMD questions really need to be rewritten. your explanation prompts are only helpful half the time.
