Saw one issue when setting up for e-file. The 'Date of Birth' field was populated incorrectly, specifically the 'Day' field. I verified the date of birth was correct in the 'Personal Data' information.

Was very easy to use - it's great that the interface remains relatively stable each year so you're not relearning a lot. Can't think of doing my taxes any other way!

I spent hours this year working with the desktop version despite my many years of experience with this product. Highly likely I will change applications for 2026 due to the multiple difficulties I experienced.

I like the ease of importing last years taxes. this year year my imported 1099 R forms did not import my name and address though they were complete on my brokers website....

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and noticed the changes to the format and questions asked. I prefer the older versions much more. The process is still smooth, but the new layout and approach is not as good.

I had two W2s one for my supplementary pension. TurboTax Premier didn't/couldn't help with proper entry of this additional W2 into my return. Even if it knows how to do this, it did not prompt me appropriately and kept showing me errors.

I have used TurboTax for over 15 years. This is the first year that I've found the directions to be overly wordy and complicated. I think that in trying to simplify, you just made things more complicated and unintelligible.

Impossible to get a copy of e-filed returns from TurboTax if own date is lost. This makes no sense. My computer was damaged before I had made a backup copy on another device. Help information not always easy to find.

It seems to me that the TurboTax this year is not user friendly as the past years. Many instructions are not clear. You have to guess what the software wants

Tired of having to activate product multiple times on the same computer. I am afraid that one time I will hit my activation limit at the point I am trying to file and will end up filing late. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS.
