Yes it takes time to process your taxes using Turbo Tax but it also saves you much more money if you choose a local tax prepation compny. The program covers everything step by step in easy to understand language. Great Product for the money !!!

I have been using Turbotax for many years and I find it to be very easy to use, and very accurate. I like the desktop version with the support features better than filing online.

TT generally made filing easy. The Member Audit Defense page was a bit awkward to use as the bottom right was off the screen. Getting Acrobat Reader for free was a plus.

Not as easy to navigate as it has been in the past. Had to upgrade for more money to download investment 1099s. Extra to efile the state return. Turbo Tax is doing less and costing more. Probably look for a cheaper solution.

All are good except navigating from return to forms, it seems confusing. It saved multiple copies of tax data file in my directory, How did this happen? Or, how i can avoid it?

I could not get my 2024 return to populate in my 2025 return. I had to manually input everything. I called for support and the representative was not able to help me.

Directions for reporting QCDs from the Form 1099-R 7. Distribution code(s) is incomplete. The directions for Schedule E 'Gifts to Charity line 11 should contain a note regarding QCDs and where to list them on Form 1040 line 4 a-c.

No support for windows 10. Review process pales in comparison to years ago. Hate that they have dumbed down the downloadable version to support a crappy browser interface.

So much hidden fees!!! By the time I finished all the work BY MYSELF and realize it costs almost the same if I go to a accountant! I purchased Premier for myself and Deluxe for my parents. I literally cannot tell the difference!!!!

Just horrible. We've used turbotax for many many years, but this year it was completely inept. I'd write out all the reason for my rating, but I have no energy left over after struggling to make this work. TurbNotax
