TurboTax is a fantastic tax program. It guides you step by step through the whole tax process. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to independently work through their taxes.

Was not able download W2 and Brokerage tax documents to auto fill desktop version. Had to manual enter. Was not a problem in past years. Perhaps desktop vs online version glitch.

Using TuboTax made filing taxes easy. I was using a accountant before and filing out all their paperwork was more cumbersome than filing with TurboTax

Communicated with about three first level support person, two second levels, and a tax expert, who was unable to solve my problem. Finally, a support person (? level) named Todd, who solved my problem in less that five minutes.

Review of return shows no errors, but return is not accepted by the federal gov't. Disappointed that I now have to use the US Postal service to send the return in.
