I was disappointed that Turbo Tax did not have the previous feature that helped value donated goods. I will look at other products next year to see if they have the feature.

Horrible experience finalizing the tax submission process at the very end. You think you are finished and ready to submit, but no, you will enter your billing information twice! I will definitely look elsewhere next year.

The program needs to have a clearer prompt to input estimated taxes paid for the year. I didn't input them because I never saw a prompt and didn't realize the place to enter the values was embedded in the menu

Been using TT for 10 years and every year it requires re-entry of data previously entered. All years of filing are in same directory, so no in-depth searching necessary. This should be a no-brainer. Explanations also leave a lot to be desired.

Could not transmit forms -got error message EIN was incorrect and it is not and have transmitted using that payor with that exact EIN for several prior years.

1, Too many intrusive ads on TurboTax 2025 premier for TurboTax services. Way too intrusive for a paid program. 2. TurboTax did not handle a lump sum payment from TurboTax from Social Security for a previous year correctly.

i can't print just state.... then made a mistake and couldn't efile state...it stinks... bad bad .. i am so frustrated i make one change on state and all of sudden it is a mended when i haven't even filed it..

The changes on entering Interest and Dividend earnings between the 2024 and 2025 versions slowed me down a lot. The 2025 version was not intuitive and had me do extra work to make my entries.

The software does not handle data corrections well - it doesn't "clear out" the data fields properly when I re-enter or delete data. The directions for entering Schedule K-1 data, and especially Virginia VK-1 data, were unclear or non-existent.

Manipulation of customers to use a cloud based product; Impossibility of working from last year's return which negates all reasons for using the Intuit products in future years!!!!!
