I have had this for about a month. It is beautiful. Lots of room. Love the display on the door. My problems are it makes a slight grounding noise periodically and I have tried many times to connect it to my Wi-Fi and it says not able to join. Don’t know what to do.

I love this product. My old refrigerator/freezer was over 30 years old. I can't believe all of the new features this product has over my old one. I found the bottom freezer to be more than enough space for all of our frozen products. I like that the ice maker makes a smaller ice cube than my older unit. The shelves in the refrigerator are set just at the right height for the different size products we buy, and they are able to be moved around to different heights if necessary. There is plenty of space on the shelves of each of the doors. I like the feature of being able to see at what temperature the refrigerator and freezer are set at. I also like that if the door is not completely shut you receive a musical tone that gets your attention. This product takes up about the same amount of floor space as my old unit but the refrigerator and freezer has more inside space for my grocery needs. This is a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the refrigerator on July 4th and am very please with the size and features of it. However the one thing that I am completely dissatisfied with is the water. I installed the water filter that came with the refrigerator and the water is undrinkable. I've been flushing it for about a month and still taste and smells nasty. I plan on buying a new filter to see if that helps.

I’m enjoying my new refrigerator/freezer. There is plenty of room for storage in the refrigerator as well as in the freezer. However, I would have liked the ice and water dispensers to be able to dispense even when the right side refrigerator door is open. Also, the opening for the dispenser needs to be about 2-3 inches taller to accommodate the drink bottles we use frequently. The finish is indeed fingerprint proof which is a great feature.

I am very happy with this refrigerator. There is ample room and is easy to organize. I didn't give it a 5 star rating because I had an issue with the ice maker not making ice after a week. The service department responded quickly and fixed the problem it has been working great since. So other than that one issue it is 5 Star.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although LG's Inverter Linear units appear to be a much quieter appliance in comparison to LG's conventional compressor, this is a sufficient replacement. Unfortunately, the "in the door" ice maker does not fall into the; sufficient category. While conserving space, compromises must be made. In general, like all of my LG appliances, my complaints are minimal.

We bought this a month ago after old refrigerator died. Loving the amount of room in both the refrigerator and the freezer sections and the versatility you get with the shelf adjustment options. French doors are also nice and there is a lot of storage there as well, but they are louder when they close, which takes some getting used to. Will say getting it hooked up to Wi-Fi with the app was frustrating and I gave up after a couple of hours - just not worth the aggravation since it's not really necessary for us to have a "smart refrigerator". Satisfied with our purchase and would buy it again.

After 3 attempts still having issues with doors. Doors shut by themselves and when you're done and shut one door the other one pops open!

Just over a year and half. The refrigerator does not cool as it should. No airflow in fresh food compartment.

Do not buy. They do not work and cool. They will be reported to Better Business bureau. They never come with a solution.
