I replaced an LG refrigerator that was a great product, we had for 18 years. This model had several issues: 1) Doors do not close by itself. Unless manually pushed to close, doors swing open. 2) MAJOR ISSUE: Water dispensed taste like plastic/chemicals. I ensured we used PEX waterline and my plumbing do not have any issues. I believe water that stays in some container in refrigerator picks up something from the materials used is my suspicion. 3) Model also do not dispense ice in freezer. (I didn't know this till refrigerator was delivered)

We thought we had a problem with the water/ice dispenser, but realize that the glass has to be held firmly under the ice dispenser. Now, we are happy!

In quite happy with the LG refrigerator we bought a few months ago. I bigger than other refrigerator I owned, yet doesn't take up too much space. When I had an issue on the refrigerator, the LG customer service was able to fix the issue within a hour.

Have had the fridge about a month now. The interior setup is very usable. I like how the icemaker is installed on the inside of the door because it gives you more shelf room for storage. It's also easy to dump ice in the storage bin in the freezer compartment. The filter is also located conveniently for replacement. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

The door ice maker also has a unique feature called "Smart Ice Plus" that can be enabled through the LG ThinQ app. When enabled, it increases ice production. Having a family 6, this comes in very handy. Overall, this LG purchase has been a very positive experience.

I am very happy with this refrigerator. There is ample room and is easy to organize. I didn't give it a 5 star rating because I had an issue with the ice maker not making ice after a week. The service department responded quickly and fixed the problem it has been working great since. So other than that one issue it is 5 Star.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So got the refrigerator about 3 weeks ago. Overall I'm happy with it But my 1 gallon size pampered chef pitcher does not fit. It has to go on the door but it a very tight squeeze. Other than tall items on fitting well is the only issue with it.

I love this product. My old refrigerator/freezer was over 30 years old. I can't believe all of the new features this product has over my old one. I found the bottom freezer to be more than enough space for all of our frozen products. I like that the ice maker makes a smaller ice cube than my older unit. The shelves in the refrigerator are set just at the right height for the different size products we buy, and they are able to be moved around to different heights if necessary. There is plenty of space on the shelves of each of the doors. I like the feature of being able to see at what temperature the refrigerator and freezer are set at. I also like that if the door is not completely shut you receive a musical tone that gets your attention. This product takes up about the same amount of floor space as my old unit but the refrigerator and freezer has more inside space for my grocery needs. This is a great product!

We bought this a month ago after old refrigerator died. Loving the amount of room in both the refrigerator and the freezer sections and the versatility you get with the shelf adjustment options. French doors are also nice and there is a lot of storage there as well, but they are louder when they close, which takes some getting used to. Will say getting it hooked up to Wi-Fi with the app was frustrating and I gave up after a couple of hours - just not worth the aggravation since it's not really necessary for us to have a "smart refrigerator". Satisfied with our purchase and would buy it again.

Like the ThinQ self diagnostic feature. Checked it yesterday and was informed of ice preventing the making of cubes. I don't use much ice and what was in the container had lumped together enough to stop it from making ice. Just emptied the container and was OK to go. This will probably be a regular routine for me. I just need to use ice on a regular basis. (More afternoon drinks?)
