We live in a area that loses power a lot, with a well pump not being able to take a shower or a simple thing as flushing the toilet was unacceptable to my wife. We're simple country folk and this will pretty much run our whole house. With the remote start feature my wife will be able to start the generator if I'm not at home.

Recently bought this generator for recreational use and the occasional power outage. To start of the deliver was quick and professional, the directions inside the box were extremely clear and very easy to follow. Once I acquired the appropriate materials I got it started. Easy, fast, and very sturdy and reliable. Overall great quality, completely worth every penny. You can’t put a price on peace of mind. We've lost power multiple times in our neighborhood in last year due to old electrical infrastructure. I called an electrician to install an outdoor outlet for a generator and he recomemded this unit. We bought it and could not be happier! Its versatile, easy to setup and simply gets the job done!

I just bought this generator and the assembly was minimal with great instructions. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It started right up and ran smooth and was not as noisy as I expected. I would recommend this portable generator. The generator is well balanced for easy movability.

First of all, it's easy to "assemble". Just the 2 wheel assemblies and the stands. Probably only took about 10 minutes. It IS heavy. So make sure you have help if you have to unload it. However, once it's on the ground the large wheels, stands and "U" shaped handle makes it very easy to maneuver. I've hooked up loads to it, but haven't run my whole house with it yet. But from all the reviews I've read, it will absolutely handle it. Great product ! alan

Bought this the day before the Buffalo Blizzard, lost power the next day for two days, Generator started right up ran flawlessly in 50 MPH winds, Minus 20 wind chills, with snow coming down at a rate of 2 or 3 inches an hour. Even when we shut it down for 3 or 4 hours to conserve gas, all we had to do was manually adjust choke & it started right up.

after adding oil,fuel,wheels,and stand brackets started and ran for 15 minutes then transferred to power house.ran like a top.water heater,water pump ect; .i.have nothing but praise for this machine..after seeing this my son will be ordering one also.thank you

Ran consistently great but started having trouble starting in December and finally would not start in mid January. Covered with warranty, was worked on by approved shop, ended up getting new generator. Very satisfied with purchase especially the dual filter feature.

I received my generator last week. Yesterday, my son in law assembled it and started up for me. He pushed the button and it started right up! Then I used the remote starter and again, it started right up! This generator is going to run my whole house, I love it already!

I just got this today. It was a little beat up during shipment (scuffs, scratches and a dent I noticed after speaking to customer service). I called customer service and they were great and we settled any problems. They took care of everything. Later I started it up using the remote and it started first try. Let it run a few minutes and tested out the 50amp outlet. It all worked well. Hopefully if we lose power again this thing lives up to all the other reviews I read. I only gave 4 stars because of the additional time I spent on phone and shipping.
