I am not a contractor but I bought the WGen9500DF for peace of mind! I live about 1/4 mile off the road and the power to my house has been there for many, many years. I'm sure if there if there is an outage and a problem with the lines coming from the road, I would be one of the last to have it repaired. The generator was easily set up and the directions were easy to follow. It runs like a charm! Peace of mind, thank you.

Bought this for hurricane season and winter storm protection for both the areas we live in Virginia. We have propane utilities so the dual fuel was perfect. Arrived well packaged and on time, easy assembly and started right up. All we need to do now is have the electrician install an access plug on our circuit panel and we are ready for whatever comes our way.

Long overdue we finally got a generator for emergency purposes. We did a test run and all works well. The generator is quite easy to use/understand so I believe if an emergency does arise any family member will be able to put it to use. The battery life is highly regarded this model for its energy output.

We bought this a couple weeks ago. Very impressed with what the unit could do. Started it up with the propane option and as suggested without it running for the house. It started right up with the quick start button with no problem. So far we are satisfied with the quality of the unit. I’ve seen this generator in action during a storm where Texas was blindsided. It was big enough to handle the requirements in the house in singe digit temperatures with no power for four days. It was run mostly on propane because that is what we had available. It is relatively quiet compared to other generators I’ve come across with equivalent and less power ratings. I was so impressed with the unit, I had to buy one for myself in hopes I’ll never need it, lol.

I bought this after losing a finished basement to a power outage with no back up for my sump pump. Should have purchased long ago. This beast was super easy to put together and get running. Had it fired up within an hour of taking it out of the box. Fired right up first time, ran for about an hour. Added loads as instructed. Worked perfectly. With the connected wheels it is easy to move around and small enough to tuck away in the garage. Highly recommend.

I originally bought this generator after we had an extended power outage that spoiled all the food in our fridge. Now I found other uses such as running a generator where I don't have 220 outlets handy. Only complaint is that it is a little loud but that is the case for all generators of this size so I can't really knock it there. Great unit!

Bought this back in November after living through the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. We had to live off a Generator for 5 weeks. The generator we had was not quite strong enough to run the entire house, this will do the job. Also, I love the remote start.

Needed enough power to power my camper A/C so decided to get one large enough that I can also use for my house as we often lose power during the winter or in high winds. Easy to install the wheels and even though it's heavy, with the wheels and handle, it's very easy to move around, even in a gravel driveway.
