Generator arrived packed well and two days after I placed order. Easy to assemble and all worked great. Generator started easy and worked great. Definitely would recommend.

I love this generator because it has an automatic choke, it's quiet and purr's like a kitten. What else can you ask for.? When I loose power in Texas, I know this will get me through .

I BOUGHT THIS A MONTH AGO AND I HAVE USED IT ONCE TO TEST THINGS OUT AND I LOVE IT LOVE THE REMOTE START AND PUSH BUTTON START LOOKS GREAT AND IS VERY STURDY AND I AM SURE IT WILL OUTLAST MY LAST GENERATOR AND SAVE THE DAY WHEN I NEED IT

We bought this a few months ago and it is the easiest generator we have had in terms of start and moving around. It is convenient and the best part is it starts with an actual button - easy.

Just received so haven’t had a chance to try it yet, but it was easy to assemble the legs & tires, with good instructions. Though very heavy in the box, it’s now easy to move. I’m sure it will do the job when we need it!

I liked the overall features. Two issues: first, the delivery team damaged my home during delivery and it is difficult to contact the right team at Pilot to resolve this. Second, I had to have the item replaced

This was delivered on the 25th or 26th of January. Love the convenient and easy start. Used today, after very cold spell and it fired up on the third cycle

Did research on warranties, this one has the best warranty out there. Set up was extremely easy & the owners manual was user friendly. Started up right away, no hesitation. Unit looks good, remote start is neat.

Bought this in July 2024 for hurricane preparedness. Easy assembly and started right up. Cruised through break in and it ran great on natural gas. Well packed with no damage. Ready to run my house if needed.

Upgraded from a 4000 watts generator, love the dual fuel feature, remote start and capability to self start with optional module. Also the run time is great
