purchased to use on off grid cabin. remote electric start works perfectly from inside cabin. starts easily. hour meter is great to keep track of maintenance. has ample run time on gasoline. has plenty of power. noise is not too excessive.

Just got this today and it was sooooooo easy to set up for the initial startup. Directions are easy to follow. Also not as loud as I thought it was going to be. Like the remote start/stop.

I bought this to run my house during a hurricane. The 50 amp outlet lets me run pretty much anything I need to and one big item like the AC, stove, or water heater. Very pleased with it!

Received product this morning and it doesn't start. Went through complete trouble shooting guide and have determined I have a fuel problem. I have a call into service teck to help me.

Bought this after the utility company kept turning off the power in our area. It can easily handle most everything in our house. It has a push-button start but also a remote key fob so I don't even have to go outside to turn it on!

Living in the countryside power outages are frequently and can last from hours to days. This generator is easy to start and has enough power to power my whole house. With the dual fuel option you are more flexible.

I haven’t had to use this yet thank goodness, but it was super easy to set up and started right up with the fob right out of the box so hopefully when I need it, it will work as advertised.
