Everything you could need I'm a generator of this class. Called customer service before purchase to see if they answered, good response time. Seems quality built product with many features not found on others and at better price! Tons of great reviews online and easy set up! Heavy but to be expected. Loud but every one is in the weight class. Couldn't be happier with my choice!

After a horrible winter last year in Texas, we decided to be prepared before winter or the next emergency happened again. We had inquired with other friends and relatives and came up with this generator. One of our sons and many of our friends decided to purchase the same generator because we could run one of our a/c units to heat or have a/c in one side of the house and have the ability to use our lights and power 2 refrigerators. This generator can get us through any emergency!

I searched the net a lot and bought this model a month ago - so happy with it. The features included are found in other brands at twice the price. I like the ability to remote start, the trickle charger, all the needed tools and oil included in the box for setup, and that all the receptacles have rubber covers. Easy to set up and move around even if it does weigh over 200 lbs. I could see this generator being shipped to a disaster site and being up and running fast. Great product.

I bought this generator a week ago and exceeded my expectations. It took about 10 minutes to get set up. I hit the start button and the generator started right away. I tested the power of the generator with lights, air compressor, table saws, etc and did not miss a beat. The remote start and transfer switch ready are very nice features. I would by it again if I needed another generator.

This replaced a different brand generator that I had all kinds of problems with. I am so impressed with the build quality of this machine along with all the extra options it comes standard with. Hot commodity and I can see why. Easy installation with wheels and came with everything needed to start it up (minus the fuel of course). I cranked it over using remote, manual, push button for both gas and propane it it worked flawlessly. Impressed with the range on the remote start. I would compare it to a vehicle key fob. A bit noisy, but what generator isn't. I love the dual fuel option and the display that shows how long it has run for. Hope I never have to use it but am set if I do!

This thing is a beast. It starts easily and powers just about everything in a 1400 sq ft home. The instruction manual and maintenance schedule are both very informative and easy to read. Money well spent for a peace of mind in hurricane season in Florida!

This is my first time owning a generator. The installation of the wheels and feet wasn't bad despite the weight of the unit. The manual is well-written. I wanted to be prepared by testing the unit out and performing the break-in. The unit started up flawlessly and after following the recommended break-in at variable lighter loads, it ran my 4 ton AC unit along with my refrigerator and had power to spare. Very happy so far!
