This model generator exemplifies excellent craftmanship, it will power everything in my house including the AC! It purrs quietly compared to most other brands and the remote key fob is a great feature! The 3 year warranty beats the 3 month or 1 year warranty other brands offer. Highly recommended.

Ordered online from a home supply store. Setup was very straight forward and took about 20 minutes. I really like the voltage output on the display panel and the remote starter. Starts easily and is not too loud. I have a transfer switch on my home for 30 AMP service. I like that it also has ability to supply 50 AMP service - though I don't have a need for it. Supplying 9500 running WATTS should be adequate to supply everything I need for a power outage. I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend to others.

I’m very happy with this purchase. I was looking for a reliable back up generator in case of power outages and this one runs all of the essential elements of my house without an issue. I’ve found that it’s more reliable to use the pull rope instead of the electric push button starter, but that may be because I only use it occasionally as a backup instead of using regularly. As with any machine - read the manual and follow the directions to ensure it operates properly.

Ordered online and was delivered last week, Only took a week or less to receive it from across the US. Was very impressed that the generator was strapped down on its own pallet and had No Damage from shipping. Looks and feels well built, was easy to setup. I did put a little more oil than what came with it to fill up to the oil stick mark, not a problem for me but it might make the oil level shutoff not start the engine if you don’t check your oil level. Was easy to start after connecting the battery cables, fuel and oil. This should power the majority of our house when the power goes out. I was impressed that when you push the start button on generator it will attempt to start for a few seconds then pause a few seconds and then attempt to start again by itself automatically, this keeps from overheating the starter, smart engineering! Remote start works great also. Was expecting the generator to be louder than it is, not much louder than my 3500 watt, a definite plus! Have already recommended this WGen9500DF to my friends!

We were hit by 2 hurricanes and 1 ice storm last year and was without power for a total of 25 days. I wanted a generator that could run on dual fuel to extend my run time if needed. Living in Florida I purchased this generator to run my home in case we get another hurricane like "Irma". It will run my 3 ton14 seer air conditioner, refrigerator, fans, tv, dish washer, washing machine, stove. Not all at the same time. It's easy to move around with the handle. I'm a 68 year young woman and I installed the wheels and feet myself.

I bought this a few weeks ago and so far it has worked as advertised. The set up was a breeze and the instructions were easy to follow. One thing, make sure you open the fuel valve when starting the unit. I put a small load on it when it started and it powered the devise with ease with no drop in RPM of the generator.

I bought this in late July. It came on a wood pallet. Delivery was smooth through a trucking company to my residential home. It was delivered by a truck with a lift gate on the back of the truck on 8.6.2020. It was wheeled up by pallet jack into the garage. I just recently put on the tires and assembled it, followed the instructions with a friend here, battery, oil, etc. to give its first test run on Propane gas, only. On 8.8.20, we fired up without a problem. I ran it for about 40 minutes. I turned it on and off a few times at the end of the run and tried all 3 different start types (button, key fob remote, and the choke), which all worked. So far, so good after 1 week of ownership. So Far So Good. The volume isn't that bad once you get inside the house. You want some distance between the generator when running and the structure or vehicle you would be inside nearby. Time will tell if there are any issues when it is used again.

I selected this portable generator for its great features. It was easy to set up and break in. The 50 AMP receptacle gives me plenty of backup power for my home and charging an EV. The 6.6 gallon tank provides plenty of operating time and the quick switch to the propane tank keeps it going without interruption. With all of its options it is a great addition to my home security.
