Just unpacked my new WGen9500DF. It was ready to go right out of the box, just had to install the wheels and add oil which was included in the box. With the power outages in Texas I needed a powerful generator to protect my family during winter weather, hurricanes, and long hot summers. So far I am happy with my purchase.

Generator has great features, push button/remote start. plenty of plugs, dual fuel, nice substantial tires. nice lift handle, moves around with ease. I can't wait to start and use it. Was delivered well before they projected date. I'm pleased so far - I do recommend - will leave another review after using for some time.

We bought this product last month. Generator arrived in pristine condition. Setup was a breeze. Instructions were broken down well and illustrated even better. Key FOB was pre paired which is great. Generator started right up and ran beautifully for the break in period. Also coming with a battery tender was a nice surprise to us. Have had 0 issues unlike another brand we had previously used that would vibrate off any and all bolts.

Arrived in excellent condition. 30 minutes to unpack and install wheels, 2 feet, add oil, and plug in battery. Attached LP tank and pushed start and it started right up and ran perfect. It was probable 30% quieter than my old 4000 watt coleman powermate. Which is 30 years old and runs but in need for 9500 watts in south Texas for our hurricanes and deep freezes. All plug covers fit tight and attached items seems to fit well. Very pleased.

Easy to set up. I could easily power my entire house, although I turned off my Heat pump circuit breakers. It handled all the power load I put on it without any overload issues. This generator had the best reviews in my research and really happy I bought the Westinghouse WGen9500DF.

Received generator yesterday. Needed to remove the bonded jumper on the generator for my use. Called support to verify that I was terminating the correct wires. They answered on first ring and were easy to understand. They were familiar with the product, answered my questions promptly and provided me with a safety warning that if I use the generator as a stand-alone that I need to re-bond it prior to use. This is what I consider excellent support.

This Generator is going to be a life savor. I am going to use the natural gas connection to power it and be done with fighting in line to get Gas at the station. I am so happy I bought this. I use a Bi-Pap machine and without power I would not be able to sleep.

I just received my generator and am very happy with it. I will be using it as a backup source for my house and also as needed for my service truck. Like the remote start feature and the dual fuel capabilities. Fires right up without hesitation. I read the reviews for this model and that is what made me decide on the Westinghouse.

I haven't used it beyond filling it with oil and letting it run for an hour to test, but it's a solidly built generator. Assembly out of the box was simple, just 4 bolts and 2 axle pins. I bought it because of Westinghouse's long history with electrical manufacturing, and hopefully their good reputation rings true.

I ordered a month ago and it finally came in. I'm very happy with the purchase. I hooked it up to a 30 amp plug with a transfer switch, for backup power and I'm happy to say that; it powered the entire house with no issues. Better to have it and not need it, then to need it and not have it...
