My generator came yesterday and the little set up that was required was very straight forward. It fired right up the first time and ran great. It is a little loud, but honestly, I was expecting it to be louder, so that was nice. Overall, I am very pleased.

I haven't started it yet, but I did add oil. The directions were vague about the amount of oil, and the provided oil was not enough to fill to the required level. It does mention a number of places to not overfill the oil. Because of that, and the black of telling how much oil is needed to fill it, I had to check the oil level about 10 times. First world problem, but that is my experience with the generator so far. I'm excited to try the 3 fuels, but I need to get a natural gas line installed first.

We bought this after our 20 year old Generator gave up the ghost during the 2025 Ice Storm. This ran the everything we needed it to with and trouble. The remote start is a nice feature. If you are running it 24/7 the oil change schedule gets expensive. The fuel consumption was decent. So far it seems well built. The only real issue I have is the THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) is pretty high. This can cause problems with electrical items that are sensitive. It got us through 12 days of no power. I would recommend this generator to those that want something to run their house.

I haven't had need to use this yet but I have tested it out. It's comparitively quiet to small one I borrowed last year after we lost power for a week due to back to back hurricanes. I am a bit concerned about fuel consumption as it was impossible to get gas for several days the last time but with a few 5 gal cans and several LP tanks I should be fine. My final goal is to eventually tie this into the entire house and I'm sure it will be able to handle my needs.

I just purchased this item last week, after a 37 hour power outage the previous week. I was delivered in only four days. We won't have to throw out any more food. My wife convinced me to purchase a generator, and I'm sure I bought the right one. It has plenty of power and great features. I plan to use propane because it is convenient to store. With a transfer switch I will be able to provide power to most of our first floor living area, including a furnace. Thanks for your great product.

I purchased this after a prolonged power outage in Connecticut. Two days after the electrician wired a connection we lost power again. I had the generator running on gasoline powering nearly the entire house in 10 minutes. It kept us going without a hitch. It's easy to start and reliable. What a comfort to have for emergencies!

We took our friend's advice ( a licensed master electrician ) for this generator and are very pleased. We didn't need this big of a unit to run everything in our small house. But we're glad we did. We broke it in without a load and then our friend wired the house and we put it under a load. VERT COMFORTING and reassuring. It is amazing the feeling. We've never had a back up generator and have just dealt with the power outages in Maine. Very happy with all the features and the solid feeling of this unit.

The generator came with everything I needed to assemble it very easily and quickly. It took well under an hour. It even included lubricating oil for the engine. Start up was also extremely easy - hook up the propane tank (hose was included), flip the in switch, and press the remote button. It started flawlessly and ran smoothly. I love the dual fuel feature and the option to pull start, push button start, or remote start. The large wheels make it easy to maneuver. I am confident that I will be able to run my furnace, refrigerator/freezer, lights, and other small appliances next time I lose power. Great peace of mind!

I bought the 9500DF a year ago as an emergency power supply. It arrived on time without a problem. It started right up and ran smoothly on propane with required power output. I ran it for about 30 minutes and then put it in storage for a year. When I got it out and tried it again it started right up again. I am pleased with this unit. I feel it will be ready when I need it.

I bought this item 07-13-2024 and received it on the 25th. Tested it out and it is strong enough to power everything. Great features, I love the remote start feature and best of all is that it is a tri-fuel so I can use natural gas, propane, or gasoline.
