I have only had this generator for one week, but so far it operates exactly as described. It is easy to move around and operate. I was surprised at how quickly it was shipped. It got here in two days! The instructions were easy to understand and it is easy to operate. I reviewed a lot of generators prior to purchasing this one. I like the name behind it, the warranty and reviews from other purchasers. No problems so far!

We bought this generator after being without power for 48 hours. It handily powered our refrigerator (720 watts), microwave (1100 watts), multiple lamps and battery charger. There is capacity to spare. The electric start is a super convenient and reliable. There is even a remote control fob so that you can start and start the generator from inside. This generator is extremely well made. As an electrical engineer, I am quite impressed with this Westinghouse 9500 generator. Be sure to follow the instructions to ground the generator since it is equipped with GFCI outlets.

Extremely happy with my wgen9500tfc couldn't ask for a better generator and a better product is top of the line comes with everything even the break in oil and charger for the battery what more can you really ask for. They have a customer for life here.

I bought this a couple weeks ago after loosing power at home for 4 days and extreme low temperatures outside. We had intermittent power from the power company and rolling blackouts. With this generator now I can worry less about keeping the house above 50F or being able to provide light safely without candles all throughout the house.

Last year, I recently moved to a new state (rural) and was soon greeted with a freak snow storm that left me without power for 4 days. After doing a lot of research, I decided on this Gen. Currently I am just using a 30 amp cord to the house but will eventually have an electrician hook it up to my main panel. It was easy to move and to start. I’m 67 and I was able to wheel this about a 100 yards to it’s final place. Since power outages are unpredictable, I did not want the possible carb problems with using gasoline and sitting for long periods of time so am using propane. Initial run tests were easy and went off beautifully. I really like the remote start since I can start the Gen from my house if I want too. This is a nice feature to have. Very well built Gen and now have piece of mind if I ever lose power again.

Nice looking unit. Have not used it as of this review. Unit is as described. Installed wheels and landing gear to make portable. Came with all manuals, ancillary parts. Shipping company was very accommodating, courteous and professional. Hoping I never have to use it. ;)

I bought this a couple weeks ago because we consistently lose power about once or twice a year. This one has the additional capacity to use natural gas, which is a neat option and it comes with all the necessary hoses. Assembly was a good father son project for me, and my nine-year-old. It fired right up for the break-in period. Now I’m just waiting to need to use it

I have this generator hooked up to run my entire home. No problem running everything including heat pump and microwave. The remote start is great, it self adjusts the choke, just push the button and it starts up. It is quieter that other generators that I have had, virtually no vibration. The handle easily folds down and is easy to pull making moving it a cinch. Being either propane or gas is great. I keep propane tanks full and don't have to worry about gas going bad, In a prolonged power outage, I can fill my gas cans if I need to. I highly recommend this generator.

Very happy with my purchase only problem and it's very small all, of the literature states it has 2 5v USB plugs it's even on the schematic but there are none on the generator I received, like I said no big deal. It's a great generator and the dual fuel is perfect and the price and delivery is excellent.This is directly from the literature (Features two GFCI 120V 5–20r standard household receptacle, one transfer switch ready 120V L14-30R, one RV ready 120/240V 14–50r, and two 5V USB ports; All outlets have rubber covers for added safety)

I bought this generator in preparation for the 2024 hurricane season. Our previous generator was outdated and not able to keep up with our demand requirements. This Westinghouse dual fuel generator is awesome and I look forward to installing a transfer switchbox to maximize the features of this generator.
