I bought this generator over a year ago as backup power due to failures from natural disaster or other power interruptions. And while I've not had the need to use it at this point for those purposes, I'm very happy with the purchase. Setup was very easy, and usage is also very straight-forward. I use propane fuel so hookup is easy, and the remote start is a great feature. I start it every 3 months at a minimum to ensure its ready for any need. I like the propane as a less volatile and easily transportable source, while having the ability to use gas if needed. While it is heavy, its easy to move thanks to the great fold up handle and solid wheels. Again, very happy with the purchase.

I bought this a month ago and set up to prepare for an emergency ,i like the 50amp feature for full power when needed and the fob key is a nice addition to this generator nicely built machine will keep the power going when needed I would recommend this to the people and friends I know

I live in the mountains, the power has gone out a least 5 times this last year, and we are told by the utility company to be prepared, this generator has the power to keep my freezer, refrigerator, and the the routers I need to keep the satellite working so I have cell phone service, a must in this area for ALERTS for wild fires and weather. This gives me peace of mind.

Just picked up my new generator. Picked this one so I can use it for when we loose power, located in Vt so with snow and ice storms it happens a bit. Very easy set up with great directions. Not just waiting for me to use it. Getting the tri fuel makes it very nice to be able to switch between the fuel type.

I purchased this last week and was delivered on time. packaging was good and all items were in excellent shape: Oil and even the oil funnel. Came with all the necessary tools for assembly. Assembly was quick and easy. I used propane and all hoses were included with the package. Used the remote start and clicked the button from 10 ft from the unit. Started immediately and ran it for about 10 minutes while testing various appliances without a problem.

Today I set the 9500DF up for a test run and was surprised at the low noise level it omitted. It was on the propane mode which I intend to use so the engine burns cleaner and does not have the problems with gas going sour. Everything checked out in perfect order. Thank goodness for the handle and wheels because this is not a light unit. Strangely, I look forward to our annual power outages this year.

This is a new purchase, just arrived. The packaging was great. Setup simply required attaching wheels and feet. I have a gas generator with a bad carburetor because the gasoline went bad. I picked up a 30 pound propane tank today, and will primarily use Propane in the generator to reduce risk of gasoline going bad again (i use stabil, but the gas trapped in the carb still went bad) Most importantly, it came with a great user manual. The Warranty language was clear, and more detailed than I'm used to seeing.

This purchase was made for my 83 year-old mom who lives in Florida, where hurricanes and power outages are an every-summer thing. Not only is it a good generator, but the pushbutton start is the perfect option for Mom. I'm also happy that it can run on either gas or propane. Very happy with this purchase and the bargain for the price.

I brought this generator in February as a back up for the house. In Florida we have plenty power outages so it has been great to have this. After a lot of research I found this was the best overall pick for me and very happy so far with the performance

We purchased this generator to replace our 16 year old one that started to leak excessively. We use the generator primarily as a back-up power source for our home when we lose power. Although we haven't had a reason to use it yet, we love that this generator has the option of using gasoline or propane, that it's powerful enough to run everything we need during an outage, and the remote start is so convenient!
