This was purchased for home use. The generator has all of the qualities that we were looking for. The auto start is a terrific perk. It runs quieter than other generators that I have had. It is easy to move from place to place due to being farly light weight. It has been able to run all of the electrical equipment that we require with power to spare. I recommend this for any home user that needs just a little more.

We purchased this generator and it came with everything you need. Most other companies make you purchase these things separately. It came with the battery, wheel kit, rubber feet, oil, tool kit, propane line hose with regulator, key fob, 3 year warehouse, battery tender, chassis ground, pull start and automatic start, duel fuel, 20, 30 and 50 amp outlets and more. Very happy!

We haven’t had to use the generator in a real outage yet, but so far we’re really happy with it. It started right up during testing, runs smoothly, and is surprisingly easy to move around. Setup was straightforward, and it looks well-built. Confident it’ll be a reliable backup when we need it!

I did a lot of research on generators following (and during) hurricane Beryl. As far as price per watt and quality in the name, this is bar far the best. Haven't had to use it yet (which is the only reason i didnt give 5 stars YET), but knowing I have the option of tri fuels, I feel confident in knowing my family will not be without during another hurricane/power outage.

Bought this generator for the hurricane seasons. Received it yesterday. Was very heavy at first but took it out of the box and put on the wheels and feet and I was able to move it around very easily. Set it up and did a test run. Easily got started on gasoline and then switch to propane with out any effort.

Bought this generator to use with our new home which has a transfer switch for some circuits. I chose this model because of the Dual Fuel option. Fortunately, we haven't had a power disruption, but this well made generator gives us peace of mind that when it's needed, it will be ready to go.

Bought this less than little over a month ago, Love all the features. after going 5 days without any power. I think this generator will power up our home needs sufficiently. After discussing with friends which have the same type of generator this will definit come in handy. After having gone thru the break-in period, in which when powered up , engine sounded very strong and reliable

I spent hours mulling over which generator to buy. Finally decided on the big WGen9500. This should have plenty of power for my whole house when mother nature cuts us off from the grid. Same basic dimensions as most open frame generators but it is darned heavy due to its huge capacity. It is not quiet, but similar to a 4000W other brand that it is replacing. The 30 Amp L14-30R fits with my existing long cord and wall inlet so I don't have to make any changes right away. However, in order to use all of the power I'll have to upgrade everything between the generator and the house panel. Why have 12,500 peak amps if I can't get it to the house? Setup was quick and simple. Wheel kit and feet took only a couple minutes. Filled it with oil and some gas. Connected the battery with the quick connection now included. One push of the electric start button and it was off and running. Same with the remote start fob, didn't even have to pair it with the generator. The manual start was not the first pull start. Have to give it a pretty quick yank to fire it up with the pull cord. Nice to have multiple options for starting. We'll see how it does when we lose power and really need it, but great so far. I never give 5 stars but might want to rethink that after putting this through its paces.

I bought this generator as a back up to one i have that is 25 years old. came in good shape, unpacked and assembled in less than 15 minutes, hooked up propane tank and started with remote just that easy! Have not needed yet will test with load later.

Out of the box it would not run. Fortunately I'm a mechanic. Testing showed we were getting fuel to the float bowl and the fuel shut off solenoid at the carburetor was not letting fuel in. After testing wires, found a loose plug. Fixed the wires and now it runs great.
