As expected a little heavy to remove from box and roll over for wheel/feet installation but literally no more than 5 minutes assembly. Battery came fully charged. Started up on propane immediately and on gas on second try. So far seems like very good quality. Time will tell.

I bought the 9500w generator and I’m not disappointed. Very easy to install the wheels and the handle is preinstalled. Added the oil which is included and after filling with gas, and connecting the battery, it fired right up with the push button ignition. Pairing of the key mod was explained in the directions and was fairly easy. Feels awesome knowing we’ll be with power and not have to go stand in line for ice with most of the other unfortunate ones when it’s lights out. Thank you Westinghouse for such a great pruduct. I just purchased this generator after Hurricane Beryl to prepare for the next power outage. Haven’t had a chance to use it but I did put it together and it was easy enough and much easier to move around once the wheels are in place. The item is very heavy/sturdy.

Bought this generator to power my whole home after having rolling power outages! This thing is awesome, it’s sleek and a lot more quiet than I thought it would be. Extremely happy with my purchase and now I don’t have to worry about my family going without!

This generator came in last week. I put it together, added oil, connected battery and added gasoline. I opened the gas line, flipped the switch on the battery and pressed the start button. It took 3 start tries (probably to fill the gas line) and started running. Runs smooth and seems like it will meet and exceed our needs.

This fuel fuel generator works like a champ on both gasoline and propane. I like that feature because you have 2 options for when you need it to run for a long while. It was very easy to start and I also like the remote start fob in case it is raining outside or too cold. Lots of great features too.

Purchased as a backup when PG&E cuts power during storms. Hopefully it doesn't happen regularly. But wanted this portable backup available for the instances when it does happen. Just wish it was protected from rain so I don't have to cover it somehow in the event it rains when in use.

I bought this unit because we are prone to Hurricanes here in the Rio Grande Valley. But when the hard freeze hit South Texas we were without power for 4 days. The unit was a life saver. It kept our lights, portable stove and heater working. We were even able to share it with our neighbors. It made a world of difference to all of us. The unit ran for in 12 hour intervals between rest periods. I thank God for giving us the insight to order your generator. The Westinghouse generator deserves the highest rating possible. Was looking for a Generator. Thought I would have to install a Generator for 13k since I could not pull start a portable generator. My neighbor recommended this Generator. He just bought one and loves his. Was very impressed with how well it is built. Hopefully will not need to use it often but gives me peace of mind knowing we have it!

Completed start-up per instructions. Oil provided was slightly less than what is needed. connected with LP and started up the first attempt. the noise level is similar to older generator but I did not measure. I will provide an updated review after I have used the generator for at least 100 hours but for now, so far so good!
