Just bought and did the required prep. Started with remote on gas and propane with no issues. I can’t rate how it will work when needed during a power outage, but so far so good. However, the manual and diagrams to drain the gas does not match my model. I’m still researching on how to drain the carburetor and tank properly.

So far so good... after a call to tech support to learn that the battery cable wasn't connected when it left the factory. That's ok, it was for shipping, but it should have been mentioned in the manual or a tag attached to the cable. I had to get a neighbor to manually pull the cord to start it but it took a call to tech support to find the real issue. Anyway, CS was real good and now it works like it should.

I have not installed the manual transfer switch to the house, but playing with the generator has went good so far. It started on the first try attached to propane, I have not put gas in it yet. The features associated with it seem to work fine the remote start is a nice feature.

The Smart Transfer Switch sold me on this unit, also like the remote start. The dual fuel is a big plus, I will probably just use it on propane but being able to use gas is great incase one or the other is unavailable. This unit is a good solution to keep the essentials running in case of an extended power outage.

After losing power again after another bad storm we decided to get a generator to prepare for the next one. This unit looks to have plenty of power to handle the essentials but is much more economical for our situation than getting a whole house model. The dual fuel option is a big plus. Assembly instructions for the wheels were easy to follow.

Living in TX the storms are awful. I absolutely had to buy a generator and after some research I selected this model. I'm so glad that I did. It powers my whole home and with small children definitely makes the weather easier to handle. I'm a single mom and operating it was super easy for me to manage as well.

We purchased this generator a little over two years ago and it is great. We live rurally in a location that often loses power and we love that the duel fuel option allows less frequent trips to refuel during extended outages. It's also just as easy to start/run for me (small woman) as it is for my husband.

Bought this generator early June bc we live in Houston and lose power constantly. I’ve ran it on gas and NG, both do great and have never caused me any lag. The remote start is a nice feature but I’ll never use it since I have to roll it out of the garage each time.

I had to wait for a few weeks until this model was available, since everyone wanted one. The wait was worth it. Arrived quickly and in excellent condition. R & L Driver was accommodating and was able to put just inside my garage. It was easy to assemble and even though it was missing the natural gas hose, the great support team took care of that quickly and efficiently and will be sending one.

Received this unit a.m. of August 29th. Late that afternoon wind and thunderstorms knocked power out. Wife and I uncreated, assembled, added oil, and gas. Started and ran perfectly. We used it for 10 hours before power came back on. Had electrician install 50 amp receptacle. Very pleased with unit. Sure it’ll get much more use.
