I just received this unit yesterday, so I haven't used it yet. I installed the feet and wheels in about 10 minutes, added the supplied oil, plugged in and charged the battery (was already charged), and linked the remote. Hit the start on the remote and it started right up. Now all I need is another hurricane to give a good workout.

I've only used it once. The push button start worked fine, had plenty of power. I ran it on a propane tank, but I'm going to get a port in my natural gas line long term. Had to service because the GFCI breakers were open from the factory and I didn't realize it. They were super helpful troubleshooting.

This generator is built solid! Not only does it have the Dual Fuel option, but it is also remote start/push button start. Now my wife can roll out the generator and get it going. Very pleased with the build product of this generator. Highly Recommended!

After completing the assembly (wheels, feet, ground cable, gas) there were 2 issues. first the fuel gauge does not work, did not budge after filling the tank. Second it started right away on propane but refused to start on gas and didn't until after much troubleshooting then decided to drain the carburetor float, after which it started right away - must have had something remaining from the factory.

I purchased this generator one month ago to use if a hurricane comes through and we are out of power. The great feature besides being well made is that I am able to run the generator on propane or gasoline. I especially like the electric start and that I will be able to power up just about my entire house which is all electric.

We bought this generator because of several loss of power events during the last few years. I completed the installation yesterday and so far it works great. We really like the electric start and it fits perfectly into a location just out the back of the house.

I bought this after my wife and I experienced a power outage after some flash flooding in our home area. We had talked about a generator for a long time since we live in a rural area. We always tend to be the last one's to get our power back on. After this last outage we pulled the trigger I did some looking at different brands and I was satisfied that this unit had everything I wanted. Electric start, a trickle charger to keep the battery up, both gasoline and propane fuels, and plenty of power to run the house. I installed a 10 circuit transfer switch with a 50 amp plug on the outside of the house. I got the unit today hooked it up and tested it. The generator ran everything I had wired. No more worrying about water or if the refrigerator is staying cold. No more trying to find candles or batteries for flashlights. Just peace of mind when ever the storm hits. This is a very high quality unit.

I have multiple Gensets and have been running different brands for over 20 years. I decided to upgrade to a 50 amp Genset and this have been up and running great so far. First inspection overall was ok and everything looks in order. Installed the wheels and oil plus checked the battery, Surprising the battery was fully charged at 12.6v. Only issues I have was the Genset could have been package better for shipping. The box does not look damage from the outside but after opening and inspection found damage to the cage and trim of the electrical housing. I could not fixed it due to a bent cage. Decided to add oil and fire it up and let the break in period begin. Will this be a problem during shipping because of lack of support inside the box??

I am glad to have gotten this generator, after a few tornado power outages,. it will be good not to have to worry any more. The man who will install all the power cable lines. Tells me have such a Stung powerful duel fuel generator, this will power the entire house with ease, accept for the washer and dryer I would have to turn other items off because they draw so much power, all my friends say I got a real good deal, now they are looking to pay the same type I have.

I bought this in October of 2020 just in time for a three day power outage. It was easy to setup and after connecting to a 100lb propane tank it started right up. I only plan to use propane to keep the carb from gumming up plus propane doesn’t go bad like gas. After the initial setup we used the remote start from inside the house. Works like a charm!!! Our house is all electric. The generator had no problem running the well pump, hot water heater, microwave, washer, and dryer. We didn’t run these all the circuits at once. You better go out and buy one of these. Your wife will thank you.
