I bought this generator after researching on Consumer Reports. It was considered one of the best. After receiving it, I was pleasantly surprinsed at how easy it was to assemble and begin to use. It has worked flawlessly and produces all the power I need for backup power to my house.

Recently ordered this Westinghouse generator and am very satisfied with it so far. I haven’t put any load to it but I am very happy with the build quality and documentation that’s included. The quick guide is easy to follow and I was able to set it up in no time. The other docs included are very thorough also describing parts, maintenance schedules, etc. The remote start is pretty cool too. It is heavy, but once you get the wheels on it roles around just fine. It’s also pretty loud but that’s expected with generators of this type so not complaining, just noting. Bottom line I think it’s worth the money and will last us a long time.

I bought this as an emergency generator when the power goes out. I showed it to my friend who is an electrician and said it is a nice unit. He is wiring a transfer panel for me for this generator. It will allow me to run the necessary things in our house without the worry of packing up and going to a hotel.

I have bought a model #WGen9500TFc generator 2 months ago. I added oil and gas and hit the remote starter fob, it started right up an hasn't missed a beat so far. This generator runs for 6-10 every third day to charge the batteries in our 5th wheel camper. I would highly recommend this generator for anyone that needs a dependable powerful generator.

After receiving my generator...it was easy to set up and start up to make sure everything worked as expected. I'm very pleased with my purchase and really hope I never need to use it HOWEVER, I feel very safe and comfortable knowing I have it when and IF I need it.

I bought this product based on the Westinghouse name and am not disappointed. It was delivered to my door as promised at the scheduled delivery time and date. Included was everything required to service and assemble, propane attachment regulator, a tool packet, the require engine oil, and a funnel for filling the oil. I am not disappointed with the quality of this portable generator, it exceeded my expectations.

I bought this as my old generator is 20 years & we are in hurricane country. We usually loose power 4 to 5 times a year. And it can be out up to 2 weeks depending how severe the storms are.. we live in a rural area.. when I ran for 24 hrs it was quieter and 20 lp tank lasted 12

We selected the WGen9500TFc model to replace a B&S Storm Respnder 5500 which had been converted to tri-fuel. This upgrade will cover all the necessary loads during multi day power outages we experience here in Houston. May not be as convenient as a whole house unit but much more cost efficient. This new unit will make the next storm easier to manage. Three year warranty is a bonus for peace of mind.
