I purchased this product after losing power this past winter....so excited about its features and ability to keep us warm (or cool) when the power goes out. Especially excited about the remote start and how easy it was for the electrician to integrate with the fuse panel, thanks to the product being transfer switch ready....

We purchased this unit to ensure the protection of our investment and to become more self sufficient, which we feel is important during these volatile times we are currently living in.

We had a major, 5 days without power, storm this summer. My neighbor was kind enough to allow me to piggyback from his generator, but realized I needed my own. I reviewed several websites for best portable generator and your products were always in the top five. I love that your assembly and starting instructions were so well written and easy to understand. I had the unit ready to power up in less than a day. I hope I never have to use it, but I feel better knowing that it is here and ready to go when needed.

Bought this as a backup power source for home. Having three fuel options is great. Plan on using propane until an exterior natural gas line is installed. Able to use gasoline in a pinch. The WGen9500 has more than enough capability to power all my critical circuits. For a 9500W generator it is compact and easy to move around with the included wheels and handle. Perfect condition right out of the box. Assembly took 10 minutes.

I bought this a few months ago but haven't used it until the recent ice storm. My power was out for nine days. This thing is a work horse. It powered my whole house. The only thing I didn't run was my heat pump. I have a woodstove for heat. It ran all lights, tvs, computers, kitchen stove and even the oven, Electric water heater and water pump.I was totally surprised at how powerful it is. The remote start is awesome too. Its very good on gas. On a lite load it lasted almost twelve hours on a tank. It is relatively quiet compared to my old one.I am beyond satisfied with it. Money well spent.

Picked generator up at a great price. Delivery was simple. Had some issue with getting it started, instruction should mention it will take several tries. Tried to start it enough battery died. Charged it overnight with provided charger( great feature). Still wouldn’t start, tapped on the carburetor bowl a few times and it started right up. Turns out the float was stuck. Will be using the generator to power my house during power outages. Won’t know how well it performs until I get it hooked up. Great value and great features. Recommend it.

The rateing on this gemerator is the thing that got me interested, 99% faverable out of 12,500 reviews.... It was easy to set up and worked great righe out of the box. I can't wait for the power to go out so I can crank that bad boy up and give it a workout!

Received generator in a timely fashion. Put the wheels on and feet and poured in the oil. Attached a propane tank and started on first attempt. Ran for the break-in period and attached a few tools to give it some load. All went well. Purchased for power outages. Love the design layout of generator. 2 thumbs up on purchase.

great piece of machinery. purchased for hurricane season and luckily didn't have to use it this year. Remote start is a nice feature but push button start works beautifully. easy to set up. good quality wheels and moves around easily enough. plenty of power to run ac unit if needed.

I am in the process of breaking in the generator at this time. The generator will power the house. With the exception of opening a GFCI breaker with a UPS plug in. Remove the UPS and the GFCI circuit will stay closed. Oh I did have the water heater breaker open. Three items I would like to see; 1. Made in U.S.A. Stamped on the frame. (I thought I was purchasing a gen made in the USA. My mistake. 2. A frequency adjustment. I am seeing a reading of 62+ hz. 3. A output amp reading would be great.
