My husband and I are in our sixties we needed something easy to start, we bought this Generator because of the push start. We live in FL and when we have Hurricanes, we sometimes have trouble getting gas so it's Very nice that we can also use propone. Push the button and its starts so easy.

I bought this not really thinking that the electric remote start up was going to be much of anything. But it is workimg great. My wife hated the other generator cause she had to climb up top to pull start it but now she loves the remote and i dont have to worry about her doing all that. Very reliable in the rain also if needed. Keeps running and doesnt trip out like others ive had.

A connector wasn’t pushed completely IN and the engine was unable to start. It was cranking but never starting. One of my friend had the exact same problem with the exact same model out of the box. After plugging the connector, it fired up at the first attempt. Quality seems good, just need a better inspection from the factory. Other that the unit looks great and working perfectly

just arrived today, set up was simple nearly done before driver got out the driveway. only area for improvement: oil included was not enough to bring it up to proper level. Not a big deal if you have some to add. a trip to the store for a few ounces of oil would be annoying.

Bought the generator due to storms that came through and knocked out our power. Don’t know anything about generators, it’s our first one but it powered two refrigerators and a deep freezer no problem and got us out of a pinch. I’m sure it can handle plenty more. Will get a professional to hook into breaker panel for next time we need it. Fuel tank lasted about 8-9 hours with the above mentioned appliances plugged in. Didn’t skip a beat. Highly recommend. Nice features and easy set/start-up procedures. Comes with required amount of oil, some tools, and regulator/hookup for propane tank if needed.Looks really nice too!

I bought this generator after hurricane Helena came through.I did a lot of research on generators trying to find one with all the features I wanted.I purchased the 9500 watt with battery start and even had a remote control starter key fob.After hooking it up to my house it did a wonderful job of running basically my whole house no problems.Also has a carbon monoxide monitor to shut it down if levels get to high.Great safety feature,Good product and highly recommend.

Unfortunately, once I unboxed my generator and set it up, I could not get it to start. I am in the process of working with Westinghouse to get it serviced and running. Very unusual for a Westinghouse product. I own a previous model of the generator and it has ran flawlessly for 8 years.

Bought this because we live in an area that loses power during hurricanes and was tired of living in heat and with no hot water or cold food. Came boxed securely and in great condition, Easy to set wheels and if you follow instructions operates as stated.

This generator is awesome! It was extremely easy to set up and get running. Pop on some wheels, add some oil, and hook up the battery and it is good to run! Did I mention the best part? Remote start operation! Flip the switch and you can remote start it any time! Out of the box 10 minutes to get it running! A little louder than our last generator which was smaller but honestly not to loud! It think this generator is a great bang for your buck! Will update if I find any issues down the road
