My upgrade generator

This purchase is an upgrade to my 10 yr old gen. My purchase was a WGen9500c. Took 20 minutes from start to running The remote start was very important as we keep the new one to provide additional power in addition to what was configured as well as ease of remote start. Age/ medical reasons. As stated, after set up, started right up. No longer pull stating to exhaustion. I’m 71 yrs old and ease of use very important

Great generator

Easy unpacking and set up. Instructions are informative. Watch the oil level when adding the oil. There will be some left inside the bottom due to testing at the facility. Just do a walk around to see where choke and fuel cut off is located. Then you are all set.

Love the remote start!

We are very happy with this generator! The remote start is a game changer. We had been considering buying a whole-house generator but the cost was insane. This Westinghouse was a fraction of the cost and does exactly what we need it to do! Highly recommend!

Great features and easy to start

I decided to upgrade from a smaller generator to one that could run most of my house. This one was suggested by my brother who also bought one and liked it. Have not had an opportunity to use it, but testing it gives me confidence that it will work fine if the lights go out.

Power outages

We just recently had an 80 mph wind gusts storm with temperatures in the teens and power was out for over 13 hrs. I did not have a generator and house was getting cold and I was getting concerned over frozen water lines. The fridge was getting warm. I bought this generator for future power outages. Just hooked it up to propane and it started right up. My power company is coming this week to install a Generlink to power my house from the generator.

Good product, meets my expectations

I bought this about a week ago, I set it up and started running it it runs really well. I like the fact that it runs on propane as I live on the water and gasoline is not the best fuel to use here. So far the generator runs really well and has more power than I need but that's good, really like the remote start that will come in handy in inclement weather.

Love at First Sight

After the snow storm we walked into the store and the first thing we saw was this generator that could run on gasoline, propane and natural gas. We worried about losing power during the whole storm so we found a salesperson because no matter what, we could get at least one of the fuels to run the generator. No more worries!

Great Futures

So far it's been Working Great for what I've used it for. Main use is for temporary Power during Storms, Ive tested it and runs all the essential Equipment inside my Home until Power is restored. It's pretty quite for the Design and love the Remote Start Future.

Easy to start

Other than testing it, we haven't utilized it fully yet to allow for a full five-start review. However, the push to start and the remote start features are very handy compared to our old pull-to-start generator. We hope this will serve us well when we lose electrical power.

New Generator

I purchased this generator to replace an old. Set up was easy and I connected it to propane to try it out. Started right up. Being able to use propane makes keeping fuel on hand easier and not having to worry about gasoline going bad. We have power outages once or twice a year due to storms. The 50 amp plug will be handy to connect it to our panel when our electrician gets it setup. This model doesn't have the drain hose on the float bowel to drain it. Would have been nice instead of pulling the plug and catching the gas in a small container.
