I thought it was going to be more complicated to put together but to my surprise it's not. It's just what I need and I love it. I love the remote start also I thought it was going to be more complicated to put together but it wasnt. I love the remote start also. It started up right away I didn't even have to charge the battery. And it works on both fules.

I bought this thing thinking I could also run my kitchen stove and AC but the harmonic distortion is so bad those two house appliances will not work.. Power company have less than 5%. Having known that this device has a THD of up to 23% I would have bought a better generator

Happy with my purchase. I put the wheels on, took 1 minute, then added my oil. Hooked up battery charger but it was practically already fully charged. Hooked up my Propane tank and hit the start button. cranks 3 times automatically. 3rd crank it started and ran great.. Let it run for a while without a load as suggested and then hooked up heater. Ran just fine. No more worries about power outages.

The hardest part of set-up was getting it off the truck! I put the wheels on, filled the motor oil, plugged in the battery, and it started. Now, if the power goes out, we'll have all our power needs met with the push of a button. Real nice piece of equipment!

My family and I are very happy to have this product, Fuel Portable Generator a month ago. My grandson, 15 years old, is medical dependent. When we got a power outage in the house, we panicked, had to decide to take him to the ER or a hotel ? Now we have this Duel Generator in the house, we can give him all the treatments without stopping.

We live in a rural area that has frequent power outages. This is a replacement for my old gas powered generator that the tank rusted and fouled the carburetor constantly. We plan on ONLY using propane, which should eliminate any problems, and this generator is powerful enough to run my entire house during the storm(s)

I purchased a Westinghouse 9500DF generator on April 6th and I'm very happy with my purchase. The generator is working very well and is easy to use. I really like using the remote start, it works very well. I'm looking forward to using this generator has an emergency power source for many years to come.

After being disappointed with another brand of comparable size, I decided after reading 2 independant reviews of the top 5 and top 10 portable 12K generators to purchase the Westinghouse WGen9500 (which is 12K start up). The attention to detail was the first thing I noticed as I unboxed it. After attaching the wheels and base legs and putting the oil (which was supplied) in the crankcase, and 1 gallon of gas in tank, I pushed the electric start button. It took between 2-3 seconds to start and ran smoothly. The first thing I noticed was the quietness for this size generator. I have 2 smaller generators and it is quieter than either. The remote start feature is really nice. I went in the house which is 40 yds from my shop, hit the button and it started immediatley. Hooked a load to it and it performed flawlessly. I bought it for power back for my home but have not hooked it to transfer power and test it yet, since I have only had it a few days. It is also very easy to move and manuever with the big wheels and handle. I am very impressed and would recommend it to anyone who needs this size generator.

Bought it for emergency power. Just had this delivered, Tested it out using propane and started right up. Like the feature of having a FOB to start. Really good range I was able to start it from the inside of a brick house about 100’ away. Hopefully we won’t have to use it.

We purchased the WGen9500DFc two weeks ago as a backup for our fifth wheel toy hauler and tailgating. So far, we are very impressed with its capabilities to handle the unit's entire load with ease. Also, the noise level is not that bad. I would rate it 5 stars, but I only ran it for less than 10 hours. Will follow up on this review after 50 hours of run time.
