I bought this generator after the Texas ice storm in 2021 but left it in the box for over a year. I unpacked it, put the wheels on (very easy) and cranked it up. This generator is a beast! It is the same size as my 2,500 watt generator but is almost 4 times more powerful. It can run anything in my house, including my A/C and heat pump. I will highly recommend this generator to all my friends!

Drove nearly 3 hours to pick WGEN9500DF on 11-17-21. On 11-18-21, followed directions, prepped generator and tried to start it. Not surprised battery was dead, so I used the recoil start. Generator wouldn't fire. Pulled spark plug boot off to discover it was completely broken, even the lead, therefore, no spark. Can't rate this product any better as I don't even know if it works.

Choosing my first ever generator was not an easy task. Once I identified the WGen9500 DF, I knew I was on the right track. It's dual fuel functionality makes it easier to choose from your prefered fuel source. I opted to hire an electrician to install a transfer switch. The test was a successful one. I bought this generator after hurricane Oralia and was ready for Helene. I hooked it up to my 120 gallon lp tank and it ran steady for 6 and a half days I would stop running only long enough to check oil level and change oil(twice). This generator used about 50 gallons of propane for the duration that it ran(6.5 days nonstop). I have no complaints. Especially after talking to people with blown up Firmans and Generals. I’d definitely recommend this unit.

I recently bought this generator and I was very impressed with the setup and ease of use. This is a powerful and really nice generator that will cover most power needs. I am planning on running it off of natural gas but am very happy to have the option to use gas as well as propane. I am also really happy it has a 50A plug that I plan to attach to my house circuit panel.

I am impressed as to the details in the instructions and the items which came with it. Easy to follow instructions, battery charger, battery disconnect, oil, oil funnel, and a tool kit. I have started it, but have not used it yet as I am waiting for an electrician to hook it up. But, if the attention to details is an indication of the quality of construction, it should be good.

This generator WGen9500DF looks and works great. It is well built and we do like the redundant features such as those regarding the start-up modes as well as the dual-fuel capability. It keeps your resources going and needs addressed in an outage. Highly recommended.

Mostly assembled - easy to unpack and set up without assistance. Included all accessories to get it running, including tools, battery charger, oil and a funnel. Dual fuel feature is very helpful in providing an alternative fuel source. Electric start, including remote, makes starting the generator very easy. Panel is easy to read. Seems extremely well made.

I bought t his WGen9500DF online after much research. I think it is the best value and capability and options for the money. I like the excellent features and power of this unit. I plan to hire a certified electrician for setting it up to my main breaker with a transfer switch. When the storms come I will be able to run most all of my house electricity needs. I liked the easy set instructions. Also it cranked right up out of the box after I added oil and some gas. Having Dual Fuel capability adds to the benefit.
