Generator delivered this morning. Came in excellent condition. Followed setup steps, added oil. Ran a startup cycle before adding fuel. Figured this would get oil circulating. Added gas and it started right up. Runs very smooth. I really like the push button start and the remote will perhaps save that late night trip outside to power down when commercial power is restored. So far, overly impressed with the 9500 DF

Purchased this generator as a home back up power source. It will run all the essentials and has proved to be a grand purchase. Starts and runs well on gas, however, starting on propane very difficult and causes backfire. Once started on propane, runs great.

The unit was packaged well and delivered on a pallet. The documentation including detailed manual is laid out clearly. The accessories include everything needed to get it running. Assembly of the wheels was simple. Connected it to propane and it started right up.

The generator is well build with easy controls and comes with all the items needed for changing oil too. The power is good and the noise is low for such a large generator. This will power up the house as needed in the rare instances when we lose power.

Arrived as scheduled, packaged well with no dents or scratches. Currently breaking it in….added the included oil, connected the L P tank, pushed the button and it fired right up. Appears to be well built and is solid. Has all the features I was looking for, with a price tag that did not result in stroke! Will be connecting it to the 50 amp connection I just had professionally installed and should run everything I will need if we experience a lengthy outage.

I am waiting for propane tanks to be delivered so I have not run it yet. I am impressed with everything that came with this generator. Didn't have to buy oil, tools, propane hose or funnel. Easy to put on wheels. It was packed very well and the shipper chosen was excellent in delivery. Knowing Westinghouse products for many years, I'm sure that once I run this generator it will be up to their high standards. I only gave a 4 because I haven't run it yet but it probably will be a 5 when I do.

I bought this generators for my parents who live in Houston TX always had hear great things about Westinghouse products decided to go towards it. It did not disappoint easy set up and registration. I do wish that more retailers would have this product in stock instead of ordering online

I bought the WGen9500DF last August after living through the Texas freeze fiasco. We had a thunderstorm this evening with a little lightning which knocked out entire subdivisions around Houston. It’s amazing how poor the electric grid is. Generator is hooked up to LP and powering most of the house. The electric starter is awesome.

Just got it today and I had to try it out already . I love the electric start and the remote start the most . It's enough to run my wall mounted A/C unit and everything I might need in a power outage . I've been needing a new generator for a while and I am very happy to have this one .

This WGen really has the power! I use it for a whole home backup in times when the power goes out and I need to keep my appliances cold and have power to the house! This thing came take the amps needed to literally run the entire home if needed! Great robust product and I love that I can run the duel fuel considering the prices of gas!!
