WE AE SO GLAD TO BE ABLE TO PURCHASE THIS GENERATOR FOR TIMES WHEN THE ELECTRIC GOES OUT AND WE CAN FUNCTION IN OUR HOME UNTIL THEPOWER IS RESTORED. IN MAY 2004, THE POWER WAS OUT FOR 3 DAYS DUE TO A POWERFUL WIND STORM IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD THAT TOOK TREES AND ELECTRICAL LINES DOWN IN MAJOR AREAS. IT TOOK OHIO EDISON 3 DAYS TO GET TO US.

This generator has everything needed for backing up power to your home. I love that it has the option on switching from gasoline to propane and I use it to hook up to my generac adapter to my breaker which allows me to power six devices in my house and I can still utilize what is available on the generator as well. Great Product, highly recommend it.

I just moved to Florida and hope not to need this generator. However, the odds of that are low. Currently, I am waiting for the electrician to install a way for me to connect it when needed. I have a 2100 sf house and my electrician said I can power everything I need with this generator, except air conditioning. I'll have to not use some things to use the AC, but I can still run it if I get too hot.

I had to use my WGen95000fc shortly after I purchased it and had no problems starting it and running my home after an entire street power outage. My neighbors seemed more nice and interested in me than ever before. I'm glad I purchased it in case of any major problems in the future.

I am very disappointed in their service department . The first try out of the box IT DID NOT START . I am using LP and all it does is backfire (yes went thru the book for trouble shooting), so called to get a tech they said within 24 to 48 hours will be contacted LOL !! didn't happen . Being nice and shinny and new doesn't cut it if it won't run . I would have not written this review if I would have gotten the help I deserve . Was it in the reject pile and I just happened to draw the short straw and get it . Still waiting on that call.

I just received the generator today and thus far have been very impressed. Now, I've not started it yet, but it appears to be well-built and solid. After looking over all the reviews on these before I purchased it, I'm looking forward to trying out the remote start. It was packaged very well and assembly was simple.

Works great! This is exactly what we were looking for. We trusted Westinghouse would provide a solid product and they do. The remote start is fabulous. Having the different starting options is an awesome idea. Building in more than the one outlet is a must. Easy access to the gas tank and oil refill is also a must. These well engineered features make this product easy for the whole family to use.

Live in the woods and wind causes frequent power outages. The remote start is super convenient for our setup and once fired up, we have plenty of power to support the needs in our home, and the mother-in-law's RV. Couldn't be happier with the purchase and quality. Worth the investment!

Made in Vietnam, but they must have a good contractor who meets good specs. Seems very well-made. Supplied with everything needed, including an assembly wrench and engine oil. Assembly was super easy - just feet, wheels, and the battery connector. Battery already charged. Oil bottle contains more that needed - make sure to keep checking the dipstick. Would be nicer to have a quarter-turn dipstick, it can be a little fussy to start the thread. Started very quickly, right out of the box. Electric starter is great, remote starter is even greater. Remote fob has good battery. Don't forget to close its breaker before plugging in to the outlets. Balance is nice for wheeling around.

This purchase is an upgrade to my 10 yr old gen. My purchase was a WGen9500c. Took 20 minutes from start to running The remote start was very important as we keep the new one to provide additional power in addition to what was configured as well as ease of remote start.
