So far it's been Working Great for what I've used it for. Main use is for temporary Power during Storms, Ive tested it and runs all the essential Equipment inside my Home until Power is restored. It's pretty quite for the Design and love the Remote Start Future.

Luckily we didn't need to use this new Dual Fuel Generator this Hurricane Season, how ever last year we only had a gas generator, and we were without power for 5 days and was not able to find gas by the end of the time frame. Now that we have this new generator we can have gas and propane ready every year incase we need it.

I just purchased this generator for back up power in an emergency. It was easy to assemble, and started right up on the first try. It was great that it came with tools, oil and charger. I can keep the charger on it so I know it is always ready for use, and the remote start is is a great feature.

I needed a new generator for electrical outages...old one was unreliable and hard to start. Did a lot of comparison shopping and decided to buy a Westinghouse WGen9500DFc. I am so happy I did!! It has every feature I want and does everything I need. It's easy to start, easy to move around and has enough power/outlets for electric outages...plus the dual fuel feature is a bonus. As far as I'm concerned, this generator is the perfect generator for me.

I just purchased this generator as an emergency power supply, so I haven't actual used it yet. The set-up instructions are nice and clear. The generator started on the first try using either the start/stop button or the remote. This is a great plus for me since I don't always have the strength to use a pull cord start. The only issues I have are the weight at over 200 lbs. (but I knew this when I made the purchase) and that the instructions mention an "ECO" switch that allows the generator to run longer on a tank of gas and to run more quietly. I see no "ECO" switch anywhere on the generator.

As a retired electrician with 30 years of experience, I did a lot of research on this generator and others before purchasing it for my home. I also installed generators for some people in the past, and based on those experiences, I decided to go with this brand. In a 1,200–2,000 sq ft house, I can easily run the heating system (furnace), two refrigerators, about 30 lights, and both the washer and dishwasher without any issues. I bought this unit after getting by on a smaller generator during Helene. Wired up a transfer switch and added a natural gas connection. After this ice storm we went through in January 2026, this unit performed flawless for the 17 hour power outage we went through. I highly recommend this unit.

Bought this when the ice storm started in Tennessee on 1/25/26 and lost power for days and I brought this thing home, started it up and it was a champ. Powered my fridge multiple heaters, WiFi, tv's and never flinched. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Awesome!!

I bought this generator a little over a year ago. I initially set it up, ran it and all was good. I even pulled it out of my garage and ran it every so often. When a predicted snow/ice storm came out, I pulled the generator out and put it where I'd be using it if power went out. Only problem, every time I started it, the CO light would flash and off it went. This was in an open area. I have tried several times in differing spots with no luck. It has never really been used, just started periodically. I'm so disappointed. Please advise on how this can be fixed.

I purchased this based on reviews from qualified testers who then rank and evaluate products. One friend who is well versed in small engines also recommended it as one he would purchase. Having propane is a plus so gas doesn't gum up the system between uses.
