Just bought it during a state tax free event for hurricane preparedness. The reviews I saw praised this unit. But so far it seems to be pretty solid. Love that it came with wheels unlike others and that it was pretty much fully assembled.

I purchased this generator a few months ago and it’s great. Being able to use gas or propane is a plus. I also like the three ways you can start the generator. It’s large enough to use as a whole house back up if needed.

Bought this generator as our old one would not start due to age. I am amazed at how well this worked for us especially during this Blizzard we got. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a new generator

I purchased the WGen9500TFc and was impressed how easy it was to start and how consistent the voltage output is. I could not be happier and should have purchased this long ago. Will also come in handy with the camper!

I like the electric start, wheels, auto choke,wattage. I dont like that battery connector is near oil fill and hard not to get oil on it when filling. Key fob seems silly because you have to go to the generator before starting to tun on, turn fuel on, remove cover, move generator

Live in the woods and wind causes frequent power outages. The remote start is super convenient for our setup and once fired up, we have plenty of power to support the needs in our home, and the mother-in-law's RV. Couldn't be happier with the purchase and quality. Worth the investment!

Just recently purchased these generators to replace a very outdated model and could not be happier with them. The design is great, the build quality seems superb and they're just all around nice. I love the layout and how well balanced they are which makes moving them around super easy. The remote start feature is really nice as well!

As a retired electrician with 30 years of experience, I did a lot of research on this generator and others before purchasing it for my home. I also installed generators for some people in the past, and based on those experiences, I decided to go with this brand. In a 1,200–2,000 sq ft house, I can easily run the heating system (furnace), two refrigerators, about 30 lights, and both the washer and dishwasher without any issues. Needed a generator for the upcoming winter storm. The product was easy to assemble and make ready for use. Started up immediately. However, it took some time to figure out how to get power. The instructions for use do not mention that you need to turn off the circuit breaker switch. Once I did that the power came on. So far so good. Time will tell how good the product is during use.

I just purchased this generator as an emergency power supply, so I haven't actual used it yet. The set-up instructions are nice and clear. The generator started on the first try using either the start/stop button or the remote. This is a great plus for me since I don't always have the strength to use a pull cord start. The only issues I have are the weight at over 200 lbs. (but I knew this when I made the purchase) and that the instructions mention an "ECO" switch that allows the generator to run longer on a tank of gas and to run more quietly. I see no "ECO" switch anywhere on the generator.
