It took me less than 30 minutes to unbox and setup. Ran great the first time I connected to my natural gas line. Currently waiting to see if we get the ice storm this weekend in Houston. Everything is set to run should we lose power.

I have a lake house and our power went out due to a Fallen Tree on our line this thing kept me going for hours thank you so much Westinghouse. I've never put together or used a generator in my life and it was very simple to assemble and use

I have purchased two of these generators, one for myself and my father. Living in Florida where storms knock out power this generator is a must. In my opinion there is no better home generator on the market. The remote start and stop feature and the all the safety features give me peace of mind. Of the years of owning Westinghouse generators I have never had an issue.

This generator being duel fuel and not an inverter and only being 75 Decibals is solid deal. I’m not sure there’s a better value generator. We bought this for emergencies (I.e. hurricanes in Florida). It’s big enough to run through the switch I insalled on my house so I can run my AC and Fridge and even cook on my stove with the lights on.

I am very disappointed in their service department . The first try out of the box IT DID NOT START . I am using LP and all it does is backfire (yes went thru the book for trouble shooting), so called to get a tech they said within 24 to 48 hours will be contacted LOL !! didn't happen . Being nice and shinny and new doesn't cut it if it won't run . I would have not written this review if I would have gotten the help I deserve . Was it in the reject pile and I just happened to draw the short straw and get it . Still waiting on that call.

This generator has everything needed for backing up power to your home. I love that it has the option on switching from gasoline to propane and I use it to hook up to my generac adapter to my breaker which allows me to power six devices in my house and I can still utilize what is available on the generator as well. Great Product, highly recommend it.

Put together quickly, only a few parts. Didn't take all the oil that was sent to fill it up. Don't just put it all in because it was sent. Assembly instructions are about half way through the manual, but make sure to read all of it to ensure you don't miss anything. I mixed some Stabil with fuel and used the remote to start. It took off right away. So far, so good. I only started and let run for about 15 minutes. Getting it ready in case of another Hurricane Helene. Hopefully, none in the future, but ready just the same.

Hurricane ready this year! Purchased for dual fuel feature…plan on using propane only since gas is hard to find during hurricanes…arrived by freight carrier in perfect shape…just needed help tipping generator to put on mounting feet & wheels…connected to propane easily & cranked right up…had 50 amp receptacle and lock out switch installed by electrician so I won’t have to deal with extension cords Have never owned a generator before…thankfully user manual (and safety warnings) with instructions is easy to follow…This senior citizen is grateful to have this generator on standby for when the next hurricane arrives…will be able to run fridge,fans & lights!! Thank You !!

I just purchased this generator for back up power in an emergency. It was easy to assemble, and started right up on the first try. It was great that it came with tools, oil and charger. I can keep the charger on it so I know it is always ready for use, and the remote start is is a great feature.
