I love my new Samsung Bespoke 7.6 cu.ft Dryer. The vent sensor is great feature to have. Also the steam sanitize, you know the clothing is truly clean dry. I like the AI feature and how I can control the washer and dryer from my Iphone. I 100% recommend the Samsung Bespoke 7.6 cu.ft Dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these as a stackable & also purchased the control kit to be able to control the dryer from the washer, at first it did not work when they were installed, after a tech was sent out, it was fixed & works well. As for my 4 Star review, some settings on drying like the Normal seem to turn off prior to items being dry, so the best setting to use is the Time Dry to avoid that happening.

My clothes come out nice and dry and fluffy, there is no noise, just like the washer, I can barely hear the machine is running. Very happy with this product and i highly recommend it!

In today's world, your home appliances should look as amazing as they work, and that is what Samsung has done. Without a doubt, this dryer is sleekest out right now. The smart dial is super intuitive. The capacity is huge. The steam cleaning has saved us from dry cleaning every week as well. One of the biggest features for me was the automatic vent monitoring. Having dealt with a dryer fire in the past that left 1/4 of the house damaged, this will quite literally be a life saver. The smart features are amazing! Being able to remote start a load of luandry during off peak hours during the summers is a god send. Not to mention the sensor dry so we're not running the dryer for 2 hours when it only needed 30 minutes. Overall 10/10 we are happy and excited about doing laundry again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had Samsung washers over 10 years. My previous one was coming close to 10 so had to change. I was still pleased with her bit heating element was going out too frequently and got tired of it. Otherwise, it was still functional. This new AI model looks very modern, but doesn’t dry as thoroughly as previous model. I used to dry in about 40 min. Now to get the same results, I have to run a full cycle for one full hour. The lint basket needs to be cleaned out before every cycle (has an alarm you need to clear). It kind of annoying if you ran something super light that you know you don’t need to but you have to go though the steps. It also had a strange noise as some parts are rubbing against each other when I got it. I thought I had to call the tech, but it got better. Not to mention that the original order came defective as a known issue. Samsung readily replaced it, but I never thought Samsung would damage its name with this level of service. I think all defective or potentially defective items should be inspect I’ve before went to the customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is top notch. The silver steel stands out and it is a breeze to clean. It is much quieter than my previous dryer. The dryer doesn’t rumble like a bag of rocks are in there during any cycle, you can hardly hear the dryer is on. The dryer rack is also a huge plus since you can place shoes on there and run a cycle without destroying the drum or the shoes. The lint collector is the most effective I’ve seen ensuring most of the lint gets caught in the screen and not having to worry about a fire hazard. The units both have beautiful displays that are bright and easy to read. I enjoy using the Smart Things App, this allows me to select cycles and times on my machine from the comfort of my couch. I ended up purchasing a pedestal to raise the level of the door only because I have back issues. Love this machine and I highly recommend this dryer if you’re looking for a new one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to upgrade to a newer model after my old Samsung had to go. Honestly, I miss my old one competed to the new. The AI technology should make it easier but clothes often come out damp. If you use a manual cycle, they come out too dry and difficult to iron. Beware that this model comes with a defect. Once installed, test for the rumbling noise. If doesn’t sound right, you need to call Samsung for replacement. They are relatively prompt with this, but it wasn’t a pleasant experience when you are expecting a new dryer fully functional from a brand like Samsung.

Bought this dryer (as part of a combo purchase with the washer) during the labor day 2023 sales events with great expectation; i am testing it today - Sept 10th with a few clothes. I was jolted by the sudden and totally unexpected noise from the "Vent System Test"; no where was it stated in the manual to expect this noise. My hope and expectation have been completely dashed by the vibration, the squealing /grinding/deafening noise coming from this device. Noise was audible from all the adjoining rooms to the laundry room. This can't be normal, I am disappointed and I don't recommend this product.

After almost two years the dryer doesn't stop spinning. Even after I turn it off, when I close the door it spins even dough it is off. We tried cleaning the vents, resetting the circuit and nothing works. Videos on you tube show how to fix it but I feel like this should not happen. The comments in the video say that many people have problems like mine and some of the comments are dated 7 years back. So how come Samsung doesn't fix this problem for 7 years? They invest in Smart things , functions such as starting your circle remotely but what we need is just working dryer. If I can't turn it in/off and it keeps spinning all this functions are USLESS .
