I did a lot of viewing reviews on pellet smokers. This one had fewer reviews but were positive. I liked the features for the price. Only smoked one rack of ribs so far. Smoker worked flawlessly. Happy so far!

Great smoker seals work excellent, temp holds good , well built. Looking foward to agreat deal of use. Grilled some Ribeyes for the first cook and then some chuck roasts, all came out fantastic. I would recommend this greatly.

Assembly required-need 2 people, I managed by myself...First smoke was excellent - ribs, pork loin, salmon and chicken....oustside temp was less than 50 degrees... held temp for over 5 hours of cooking

Smoker died after doing burn in. Side burner powered up just fine, but smoker unit would not power on. Contacted Sam's club, and they arranged pickup and sent replacement unit right away. Other than having to assemble a smoker for a second time, 2nd unit performs as advertised. Have used it multiple times without issue. My only complaint is the lack of a front shelf. Also of note is that the unit does not have a chimney, but that doesn't seem to affect performance.

I have had my smoker for 10 days and still have yet to get it together because the wrong parts were in the box. It has been not the most pleasant experience getting my replacement parts. The company you are supposed to contact does not take phone calls (they say they do). You cannot text pictures of what you need and why (although they encourage you to do so), and after you get a human through e -mail they take their sweet time getting you what you need. The Fair Game group which facilitates getting what you need is a very bad organization. Customer service is the last thing they think about. In 30 years of membership I have never had a dealing with any company associated with Sam's club like this.

After reading other reviews and watching a couple of videos I decided on this smoker. Delivery was quick and assembly was easy. I do recommend having someone to assist with the assembly. Followed the instructions for first burn off of process oils and it used very few pellets and held temp good. I've made my first cook on it with some spare ribs and was quite suprised with the performance so now I start experimenting with different pellets and wood chips.

The smoker, with the extra wood burning tray and the double insulation, is one of the best smokers I have ever used. I have been smoking for years and love the quality of the meat that comes out! It easily competes with and surpasses smokers three times the price. the only thing that could make it better is if they replaced the induction burner with a smokestack. If they did that, it would be, unquestionably, the best pellet smoker ever made.

I had been looking at this pellet grill for quite some time, so when it went on sale I bought it immediately. It was delivered by FedEx, but when I opened the box to assemble it, I discovered damage to both the barrel and the lid. I contacted Sam's Club to see if I could get a replacement lid. The representative explained that my options were a discount, a replacement part, or a replacement grill if one was available. Unfortunately, the grill had already sold out, so I asked if I could receive both a replacement lid and a discount since the barrel—the main cooking component—was also dented. I told them I really wanted to keep the grill, but I didn't feel it was fair to pay full price for a damaged product. I was informed that they couldn't provide both a replacement part and a discount, so my only option was to return the grill. I've always had great experiences with Sam's Club and will continue shopping there, but this was definitely a disappointing experience.

I'm very happy with this pellet grill. This was my first grill and it's easy to use. I was able to get pretty dang good smoke flavor on my steaks even without the using the extra smoke chamber (225F for about 45 minutes, then seared on the grates at 500F). I'm also very happy with the customer support. I had a problem with my power cable from the induction stove. They responded to my email the same day and the next week I got the replacement.

I have owned this grill for less than a year and it is broken (normally this wouldn't be an issue if customer service would send me the replacement parts). the grill is reading a tempature that is about 300 degrees farinheit below it's actual temperature causing it to continue to heat well beyond the acceptable temperature tolerance. very disappointed in members mark this time l.
