I did a lot of viewing reviews on pellet smokers. This one had fewer reviews but were positive. I liked the features for the price. Only smoked one rack of ribs so far. Smoker worked flawlessly. Happy so far!

Best Pellet Grill EVER! Go ahead and buy this if you want a great grill/smoker! I cook all of our meals on this. It holds heat very well and the temperature probes are spot on!

I have had my smoker for 10 days and still have yet to get it together because the wrong parts were in the box. It has been not the most pleasant experience getting my replacement parts. The company you are supposed to contact does not take phone calls (they say they do). You cannot text pictures of what you need and why (although they encourage you to do so), and after you get a human through e -mail they take their sweet time getting you what you need. The Fair Game group which facilitates getting what you need is a very bad organization. Customer service is the last thing they think about. In 30 years of membership I have never had a dealing with any company associated with Sam's club like this.

After reading other reviews and watching a couple of videos I decided on this smoker. Delivery was quick and assembly was easy. I do recommend having someone to assist with the assembly. Followed the instructions for first burn off of process oils and it used very few pellets and held temp good. I've made my first cook on it with some spare ribs and was quite suprised with the performance so now I start experimenting with different pellets and wood chips.

I must have acquired a lemon. I have had it a year the display and the induction top are both broken. The display is mostly unreadable the induction top just does not work. Should not have been deceived by the price. Think I should have stayed with Traeger both of those are 10 plus years old. I bought this MM model here in Yuma. My other 2 are in WA. Gave the first one to my neighbor years ago and it's still going.

First cook I was impressed, well built and insulated! Second time I tried to cook it was DEAD! The computer had quit and could not get parts or response from the company. I have cooked on pellet grills for about 15 years and I was very impressed with this smoker box but the computer is worthless

First off, this smoker came delivered packaged very nice and not damaged. Secondly, it was easy to assemble and is very solid. Thirdly, it really smokes well and hold heat very well and the smoke box is an enormous benefit! After six months, it stopped turning on and after resetting it numerous times, it just stop powering on at all! Ridiculous and I was HOT AS FIRE!!! I called the customer service number and spoke with a very nice man named Trent and he had a replacement power console and extension power cord on the way to me within ten minutes! They stood behind their product and that’s rare these days! Considering how easily he replaced it leads me to think this is a common issue that should have been addressed long ago, not after a person has spent $500 bucks! I needed food smoked for Thanksgiving dinner and I couldn’t because of this problem. That’s my sole reason for the three ⭐️ review. Maybe I’ll revisit the review after the package arrives and I’ve had it for a few months or so.

If you're buying this as a poor man's Camp Chef Woodwind Pro understand the limitations. The smoker box was seemingly designed as an after thought as it requires a minimum 275 F (really more in my experience) to maintain the passive smoke coming from the box. For those of you wanting to cook under 250F, you won't get any smoke. I tried all sorts of things: wood chunks, wood bits, a hand torch, pre-lit wood, hot charcoal, leaving the door open/close but nothing would maintain the smoke box under 275. It would extinguish pretty soon after I closed the door. Also note that the minimum temp of 200F on the auger is really closer to 220-225 based on my readings at the grill level and even hotter at the warmer level (about 10-15F more). The construction of this is excellent with the double walled lid and sides, the coating is durable, wheels are high quality, legs are sturdy, etc. The weak link in the construction might be the induction side stove as it "feels" cheap but I never bothered to use it. Note that the pellet portion is powered THROUGH the induction portion so just keep that in mind. Keep the induction dry and protected to prolong its life.

This thing is a tank and I'm very pleased with the purchase...looks like it should last a long time!!
