Great construction. Nice seal around lid and wood box. Induction burner was DOA out of the box. Great support in getting replacement quickly, but replacement starting to show sporadic issues. Pellet feed sometimes gets disrupted and you have to give a little shake to the hopper. I cannot trust this grill to run unsupervised for extended periods for fear of fire being lost. The temperature increment settings are too large (50°F) and the grease egress is not as good as it should be.

Bought this grill and it was delivered on March 4th. Since them I have cooked at least 8 meals on it from overnight brisket, to ribs, corned beef, etc..and it has truly been an amazing pellet grill. The best part is the smoke box which is the largest out of the grills out there....yes even more than the Woodwind Pro. Good pellet grill. I’ve had success with a pork butt and a brisket (using more like a smoker), as well as burgers and brats (more of a grill). The fact that this machine can do both and is reasonably priced for the features it includes is what led me to pick this one. The size is nice for a brisket or for grilling a lot while entertaining. Perhaps the best part is the insulated body, which seems to work well as this grill is very efficient with pellets. Two 8+ hour smokes and a few nights of burgers and brats and such, and I’m still less than halfway through a 20lb bag of pellets.

This unit is a very good one in the price point and gives other brands a real challenge in providing quality and options available. We have been using pellet smokers for many years now, this unit makes a total of four we have at this time... I like that it is double walled, the controller works very well and the unit holds temp better than our oven in the house. The wood chunk smoke box is a great addition and I cannot say enough about the game changing nature of the induction burner on the side. This makes a great addition to our outdoor kitchen, along with the other pellet grills/smokers this gives many more options on cooking.

First off. I usually don't assemble larger items like this, but that was not an option as it had to be delivered. Having said that I was surprised at how easily the grill was to assemble. I took my time and didn't get in a hurry. Give yourself a good two hours. Instructions are easy to follow. Just pay attention as some parts look similar. Only shorted three screws, easy fix at the hardware store. Did the intial burn and have grilled on it once so far. Looking forward to smoking as this is my first pellet grill. I think I'm really gonna like this grill. It is well built and a quality product.

First cook I was impressed, well built and insulated! Second time I tried to cook it was DEAD! The computer had quit and could not get parts or response from the company. I have cooked on pellet grills for about 15 years and I was very impressed with this smoker box but the computer is worthless

We've had this grill/smoker only a short time. We've smoked whole chickens, ribs, and a brisket. We've grilled egg plant, pineapple and burgers. All were perfection.

I did a lot of viewing reviews on pellet smokers. This one had fewer reviews but were positive. I liked the features for the price. Only smoked one rack of ribs so far. Smoker worked flawlessly. Happy so far!

Excellent quality. Works great. Love that it came with a cover and meat thermometers. Is heavy so make sure you have help to unload it if you pick it up at the store.

Great smoker seals work excellent, temp holds good , well built. Looking foward to agreat deal of use. Grilled some Ribeyes for the first cook and then some chuck roasts, all came out fantastic. I would recommend this greatly.
