My wife mostly uses this grill, but I purchased it for her, however I'll do my best to try to relay our experiences with it from her point of view as the primary user. First, it wasn't too bad to put together. It took her and my nephew about 1.5 hours to put it together. They had a couple of issues with the instructions not being the most intuitive but frankly my nephew reads at a 2nd grade level and she doesn't know how to use commas, so maybe this part is on them. If this is your first time using a pellet grill, I'd highly recommend this one. It has nice, affordable features that you won't find on even some higher end grills. The pellets last for a long time, it holds heat well, and everything tastes great. It doesn't have the same quick cooking and fast searing power of a propane grill, so it never hurts to have both, but as a primary choice you'll love this. I love the ability to add charcoal or wood chips to it for extra flavor. She made my boyfriend and I a tomahawk steak (low and slow) for our date and used charcoal for extra flavor, and then seared it on the grates. One of the best steaks he'd ever had. Don't worry, he shared with her. But let's discuss the cons of this grill... As with any "affordable" grill there are likely going to be cost cutting measures during production. Presumably, for Sam's Club, they make these on Native American burial grounds. I'm not sure if this grill is cursed or enchanted, but my wife grills A LOT and it has rained every single time she's grilled since we got this grill. I wasn't sure what to rate this grill, because I'm not sure if this is a feature or not? If it's unintentional and the grill is cursed, 4 stars. My wife has long, thick, beautiful hair. She'll come into the kitchen while I'm cooking the sides inside after having been outside checking the grill and she'll look like a cartoon character because she'll be dripping comical amounts of water, leaning over the sink and ringing her hair out, looking at me with dead, sunken eyes. "It's raining." It's hard not to reply with "I know honey" but we're both women and have to have the last word. However, if this grill is merely enchanted and this is an intended feature... Oh boy, 5 stars. She walked out today to put the ribs on and the sun was bright and shining. She reached her hand tentatively towards the grill and watched the previously warm sky turn a sullen dark grey right before her eyes. The forecast that before wasn't calling for rain here is now discussing that this storm system may turn into a hurricane. If you need to regularly summon storms and none of your other magic spells/runes/dances or prayers are working, I'd highly recommend this grill. My sister fears we've angered the grill, my boyfriend is in awe of it's raw power, my wife wants to know if curses/unstated enchantments are part of the return policy, and I'm just curious to see what other natural disasters we can summon with Member's Mark grills because I'm considering getting a propane one.

I haven't ever used a smoker before and got overwhelmed deciding which one to purchase. Came across this the last day it was on sale and took the plunge. Delivery was great. The service maybe even over communicated about the delivery date and time. Multiple emails and texts were sent. Assembly: easy enough for 2 old people (too heavy for just me!) There were extra screws and other parts included, which is good because one screw got dropped and went into a separate space/time-continuum. Useage: I wanted something easy for my first run just to figure out how everything worked. Chicken wings came out great because I followed an online recipe instead of listening to my husband. Good smokey flavor and didn't take that long. (under an hour) 2nd cook: spare ribs. They also came out great because I followed a 3-2-1 online recipe instead of listening to my husband. Good smokey flavor, came off the bone easily without totally falling apart. That's all I've cooked so far. I want to try a brisket next (and will again ignore my husband's suggestions.) I may allow my husband to make jerky on a less expensive cut of meat because he seems determined to overcook whatever goes in the smoker. Note: he never used a smoker either, which is why I ignore his "expertise" So far I'm very happy with this smoker. It does give a very good smokey flavor when only using pellets (Sam's blend). I may try charcoal/wood chunks at a later date. I'm wanting to do reverse sear steaks on the induction burner to see how that works too.

I haven't cooked on it a lot but what I've done so far has been great! I have no complaints about the quality of the grill. The only real downside to this grill is that it's very heavy. It only has wheels on one side so to move it one must lift the handle on one side and its so heavy that at 64 I can barely move it. it needs to be redesigned with 4 wheels.

Was super excited to get this grill. Took 6 days to ship and then the item was received damaged. Seems like it may have been damaged at the factory as the box was in relatively good shape. You can tell it was set on its edge and the weight deformed the grill body.

Just got it for Father’s Day today, it’s super heavy, putting it together was pretty easy, but it will take you a little bit. With that said instructions were okay, but No instructions on how to use it, it would have been good to send a instruction book on what to do with the first burning and some recipes and what temperatures you’re supposed to cook them at and for how long nothing no instructions on how to actually use it very disappointing

So my son ordered this smoker last tuesday 3/18/25 and the fedex tracking says its been delivered at cutomer location for pickup in OH. We live in Tn the estimated arrival was 2 days later. I have contacted sams club and memebers mark and fedex and still have no answer of where is my sons smoker and when will he recieve it. I feel its a scam cause noone can give us an answer. Everytime i call they keep saying the same thing and there in another country how do they know whats going on here in America? Anyone have any suggestions. Memebers mark said they would replace it and now its saying the same thing. What do u think is going on? Sams club says its a fedex issue fedex says its sams club issue. Whos issue do u think it is?

The grill arrived damaged with multiple scratches and areas of indentation in the metal. I was willing to overlook those issues but one of the leg attachments was so dented that the grill could not be assembled.
