Had our pellet grill 6 months then the electronic system stopped reading internal tempatures. The two meat probes also stopped working. Could never get a hold of the manufacturer after multiple calls and emails. Had to return it.

4th pellet grill I've owned and by far the best. Works flawless for temps and love the smoke box. is a game changer for authentically tasting smoked meats.

Love it so easy and dude a great job on meats

I had been eyeing this smoker for a while and finally bought it a few weeks before Thanksgiving. It took about a week to get here which is understandable considering the size of the box. However is arrived damaged. I reached out to customer service who gave me three options. First option was to return the smoker and get a refund since there wasn’t any in stock. Second option was to submit a request to the manufacturer to get replacement parts. Third option was to get a partial refund so that I could “take care of it myself.” I picked the second option and provided pictures (included) of the parts that were damaged. I was told that the manufacturer would respond to the clam within 7-10 business days. I waited almost 2 months and still hadn’t heard anything back. Customer service stated that the manufacturer hadn’t responded. I then asked for my third option of a partial refund since it seemed like the manufacturer was never going to respond. Customer Service stated that was not an option and my only option was to return the smoker. After my wife spoke with a manager we did receive a partial refund. Because of the damage I have yet to see the full potential of the smoker. I was really excited for this smoker but the manufacturer did not honor the warranty and replacement policy.

I was so excited to buy this grill. I have a traeger but missed the smoke flavor. The main thing i liked was the smoke box.. After less than 6 months the door to the smoke box no longer seals there is little or no smoke going into the grill I am very disappointed.

I have owned a stick burner, $4k plus premium pellet grill, ceramic grill, etc. This is by far the best smoking grill I have owned. Smoke level from the pellets is awesome. Added smoke from the smoke box is just a bonus. Temperature regulation is awesome. I am nearly 20 hours in and have used less than 50lbs of pellets. Only thing I would want to see different is a tighter range of temps, particularly over 300. A 10 degree plus or minus at 350 is a large swing. 100% would recommend. Value for price cannot be compared.

This is the first smoker I have purchased and it is a beast! I've cooked 16lbs of pork butt to perfection the first day I got it total of 15 hours and only used maybe 8lbs of pellets out of the 20lb hopper. Just cooked ribs for 6 hours and hardly used any pellets but the smoke flavor is outstanding! Very very happy with the purchase. It holds spot on with tempature as well.

This is absolutely the best purchase I have ever made from SAMS Club, Total Quality! I did a lot of research into smokers before purchasing. One of the largest complaints concerning smokers is not enough smoke above 225 degrees. That problem is completely solved by the wood box on this grill. Above 225 just simply put a piece of wood inside the smoke box and watch what happens. 225 and below the wood is not needed or desired. But above 225 complete smoking is restored while maintaining a high temperature for baking or frying. I absolutely Love this grill! I would very highly recommend it above the Trager, Pit Boss or anything you can stack up agents it.

Broke after third cooking. First the controller display went out and the company that manufactures the unit sent a replacement. Then the pellet box started to smoke because augur stopped turning. They sent a replacement motor and a third controller, but augur still wont turn to feed pellets. Spent hours on trying to fix it and it’s WAY WAY WAY too heavy and bulky to return to the store for replacement.
